Mixed Emotions - Great Location, Hampered by Plumbing Issues While the prime location right across from the ferry terminal was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay at the hotel, our brief family trip (of four) was unfortunately marred by a couple of plumbing issues that significantly impacted our experience. Overall, it is quite okay given the price is affordable

Stopped here prior to getting the ferry to Langkawa. Clean, comfortable, ideal really.

Sink is clogged Water heater is not warm enough. - not working properly. Location is good.... Food stalls nearby and many choices.

The location is the best.. you can walk to the Kuala Perlis jetty or if you want to go to Langkawi.. there is a lot of parking.. the sea view is very beautiful. Can you see the sunset if you go on the 1st month.. Eating at a village-style hotel is the best.. simple but delicious....
