"Everything liked. The view from the room is chic. Convenient location, everything is clean. Of the downsides there are few shops near, but it's small"
"Terrible service attitude by the first receptionist. The room was not ready at my arrival (well after check in time) and he didn't explain what happened and how long I had to wait. He wasn't apologetic at all and even cared about the guest. I had to come back later and finally got the room. The second receptionist was way more professional.
Great location close to Chow Kit monorail."
"Our 3rd time here but this time we were disappointed with the check in process. We arrived a bit late, almost 10pm. There's no one at the reception 😕 we rang the bell, call the hotel but there's no answer. After 20 minutes, one guy came out of nowhere. Not even a single sorry, he gave us the key and the rest is history 😂 Other than that, this hotel will always be our favourite because near the eatery, also a walking distance to Titiwangsa station (MRT, star LRT and monorail)."

"Went there with my family and they gave us a room which are smelly (like real bad) ( the smell of a room that haven’t been used for like years, not only that even the pillow got black spot / fungus. And yes, the ceiling room also got fungus.
Then we tried to stay there, but we cant, cause the room smells really annoying. At that point i’m just afraid of my skin breaking out. Then we complained to the receptionist and even she got shocked to see the pillow condition. So she offered us another room, which were better. And yeah ofc we agreed.
After moving to another room, around 12 in the midnight, WE WERE WOKEN UP TO THE SOUND OF THE GUEST NEXT DOOR ARGUING. THE COUPLES WERE SHOUTING AND SCREAMING TO EACH OTHER. So we tried to call the reception but no one answered. We almost wanted to call the police lol. Imagine having to hear them shouting in the middle of the night for like 15 minutes.
So yeah those were our experience of staying at this hotel 😭🤣
Overall : ⭐️⭐️"

"The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there
Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣
But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭"
"Hotel is clean and near 15 minutes from TBS.
Our room was next to roadside so it was busy and could hear sound from other rooms plus roadside noise . Food stall near to hotel which is 24 hours."
"The breakfast was an upset. Not much varieties. The juice selections were diluted and those smoothies, fruits and yogurt were not fresh too.
My pillow still got long hair once I arrived, the lightbulb in the room was blinking too.
Bathroom was slippery, maybe the previous guest shower and the housekeeper never wash the floor properly.
The electrical outlet was with a noise which was very so annoying. Buzzing sound
My room door was out of battery during my stay too which I was not be able to enter my room. My room key can even access to wrong floor which leads me to another floor.
On a good side, the room service satay was good. Bed and blanket are comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming, greet every time we passed by."
"Everything was just simply perfect. Room was huge and spacious. Filled with impressive features as well. View was great. Bath tub was just amazing. One minor inconvenience I faced was a staff at the rooftop bar rudely stopped us from trying to quickly explore the rooftop bar, cynically enquiring if we are even guest at the establishment. Otherwise all the other staffs were just immaculate from the check in all the way to housekeeping. Breakfast staff at horizon grill was also really attentive with a smile always on. Genuinely no other complaints apart from that one rude staff. Would definitely come back again maybe for slightly longer this time."
"**A Luxurious Birthday Celebration at The St. Regis – An Unforgettable Experience**
My recent stay at The St. Regis to celebrate my birthday was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff orchestrated a seamless blend of opulence, personalized service, and thoughtful surprises that transformed a special occasion into a lifelong memory.
**Arrival & Welcome:**
The experience began with a warm, elegant check-in where the concierge immediately acknowledged my birthday celebration. A complimentary upgrade to a suite was offered, setting the tone for the indulgent stay. The lobby’s grand ambiance, with its crystal chandeliers and fresh floral arrangements, felt like stepping into a world of refined sophistication.
**The Room:**
Our suite was a masterpiece of luxury—spacious, impeccably designed, and adorned with a surprise birthday setup. A handwritten note from the manager, a decadent chocolate cake, accompanied by a bouquet of fresh roses. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the marble bathroom (complete with Remède toiletries), exuded comfort and class.
**Birthday Touches:**
The hotel’s butler service truly shined. Upon learning of the celebration, they arranged a private in-room dining experience with a customized menu, including a candlelit dessert presentation. Later, turndown service included rose petals and a soothing bath drawn with aromatic oils—a perfect prelude to the evening.
Dining & Amenities:
Dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant was a culinary triumph. The staff surprised me with a tableside serenade and a bespoke dessert platter.
Service Beyond Compare:
What stood out most was the genuine care from every staff member. From the concierge securing last-minute theater tickets to the butler remembering my coffee preference each morning, their anticipatory service felt both magical and effortless.
Final Thoughts:
The St. Regis didn’t just host my birthday—it elevated it into a fairytale. For those seeking a celebration marked by luxury, attention to detail, and heartwarming hospitality, this iconic hotel is unparalleled. I left not just with souvenirs, but with cherished memories and a desire to return.
Rating:★★★★★ (5/5) – A flawless celebration in every sense."

Great
MMyQCelebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars
SSandra ChaiStaff very friendly and accommodative and helpful.Amazing experience and wonderful time, even for a night.Love the Skydeck and ultimate must try experience walking on glass overlooking of heights of more than 1000m over hanging ledge.

SSupreeya WongNot too bad but I was selected no corners room but they give me a Conner room. ( what the point of asking) aircon very warm and difficult to set. Room all mirror I really don’t like it is too much and I feel scary. Working table is uncomfortable. Location is not bad. I was stayed in Novotel and Pullman I prefer that area better. Only good is breakfast. This my first time stay in this hotel because of my coworker favorite. If Novotel is above my budget I prefer in Melia better.
LLFPESuch a lovely place. I enjoyed very much staying in this place. My room has a great view of Kuala Lumpur skyline. The room had more than I needed. I had pleasant sleeps, comfy bed, lots of hot water, a fridge to keep all my drinks cold, a kettle for making tea or coffee. I was on the 52 floor and the swimming pool was on the 53 floor. It was amazing i went for a swim morning and evening. I used the gym and I also used the laundry machines on floor 30. I Will definetely stay there on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

AAdrianNRA fairly nice hotel in a good location near a Spartan rave venue I was racing at. The highway by the hotel room was a bit noisy and the lighting inside the room wasn’t great as I could simply have one bedside light on by itself. However, the bathroom was nice and the best was comfortable.
JJ$SMy stay was marred by significant service shortcomings, primarily involving Front Office staff member Mr. Saiful during check in around midnight. Despite having a confirmed booking for a queen size bed room, Mr. Saiful(as shown my pic) insisted no such rooms were available and pressured me to accept a 2 single bed room instead. After I firmly declined, he reluctantly provided the room category I had originally booked.
This raised concerns about transparency, as I later observed multiple guests checking in and confirming they had received queen osize bed rooms per their bookings. This inconsistency suggests either poor inventory management or deliberate dishonesty, which is unacceptable.
A separate issue involved valet parking attendants: They repeatedly claimed the self parking lot was ”full,” seemingly to monopolize parking and pressure guests into paid valet services. Multiple guests were observed being turned away from self parking under questionable pretenses.
On a positive note, the room itself was clean and functionally adequate, meeting basic expectations for comfort and hygiene.
Recommendation for Management:
Retrain staff on ethical service practices, particularly regarding room allocations and honest communication.
Audit parking procedures to prevent coercive tactics by valet attendants.
The lack of integrity in these areas overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay.
JJY 89It’s comfortable accommodation, air conditioning are new and strong, customer service are friendly and well excellent. Totally no worries feel hungry in midnight, there is nasi kandar downstairs and convenience stall.
