A lovely and beautiful Hotel. It will be a choice to stay with the family or friends. Large and spacious room, just minutes walking distance to Pavillion Bukit Jalil mall and lots of eateries to choose from in the mall and outside the mall. Lovely, helpful, and friendly staff all-rounder. To name some, Maddy and Sharmin at the Front Desk, Jacobsen from F&B and Hossaine from Housekeeping, and the Engineering associates who assisted us in Room 1201/1202/1210 - Congralute the team for us.

It's my third times stay at this hotel. The experience from 1st time till this 3rd time is from not bad to terrible. Check in on about 6pm, after saw the room condition decided to change room, but sadly been informed by reception that there is no more room available for this package, unless add money to upgrade room... Please, if you get room 116, plz must cancel and chg the room. The aircond leaking during nighttime and some of the wall plaster tear off and fall down... Pro: toilet cleanliness and water pressure

Paid for queen size bed but got two single beds joined together to form a “queen bed”. Requested for wine glass but then we were expected to pay a deposit for wine glass? Never heard of this term ever in any other hotel, i am a frequent traveller so would understand if it was 5 stars but this isn’t even a 5 star hotel. The tv remote was not even working. The toilets bidet was broken and water was leaking too.. Other than that everything was ok. Deposit for standard room is quite high, RM200. Which is abit shocking for a regular hotel.

Beautiful and clean...good service and very affordable place...easy access get grab and bus...should try this place..has good food outside too. Local food....❤ People who work there are very helpful.and full of smile❤😅 Affordable too

This is the hotel I always choose for my business trips to KL. It's perfectly suited for business trips, and I feel like I've stayed in every room type here. The management team at B Lot Hotel is doing an excellent job, maintaining the expected standards consistently over the years!

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Room is big and spacious. Clean. But didnt have carpet. Pool is main attractive for this hotel especially for children. Breakfast is good but not so many variety. Check in and check out very fast.

Check in around 12am after watching concert at Axiata Arena, very fast check in process, just pay RM 50 deposit and get the key, hot shower, good mattress and pillow, very cold air-con, definitely will come again.

Very strategic location But the window unable close tight properly & not sound proof, traffic sounds Curtain not full height until bottom of floor, sun light leak in & disturb wake up ewrly

A good stay and worth the price . Except for the parking was quite challenging to find during peak hours as it's combined with the shopping complex. Anyhow, the security was good enough to help us carry the luggage from parking space to the lift before we went up to lobby level. Thank you. .
