Overall, the place was generally clean, and the service was decent too. Only downside was that the room's phone wasn't working, so I had to go to the reception in-person. The best thing about the hotel is it's location, situated right above a shopping mall. Very convenient, with Jaya Grocer and Family Mart right below us. Loads of coffee and breakfast options too! Will definitely return in future!

I initially booked the deluxe room which was great. However, when I decided to extend my stay, I got the executive room instead. The hotel made it convenient & seamless for me by letting me do a direct transfer room to room which I appreciated. I did not have to check out at noon and wait till 3pm check-in time, to move into another room. I liked that everything I needed was provided. Ample shower, shampoo and toiletry products such as toothbrushes. toothpaste, facial cotton and q-tips. Water pressure was less powerful than the other room I had one floor down but still alright. The shower drainage was clogged causing a flooding in the bathroom but the issue was quickly resolved after I reported it to front desk. Drinking water was provided in recyclable glass bottles which they replenished daily, with coffee and tea making facilities. An ice bucket was also provided in-room. Just request for the ice and they will deliver to the room. Breakfast offerings was also extensive and of high quality with something for everyone. Location of hotel is excellent as it is directly connected to the shopping mall and Sunway theme park. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean.. Comfortable bed.. Large room and shower room.. Complete amenities.. However the room i stay had no face towel.. Unsure if they really exclude it or room services forget to replace it.. Didn't try breakfast.. Parking is free for hotel guest, need to validate ur card..

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Love this hotel. Not too far from town. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is also okay. Will come again in the future.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong for a quick overnight transit. The experience had its highs and lows: Advantages: 1. Check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free. 2. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. 3. Free parking is always a plus. 4. The hotel's strategic location was convenient for my needs. Disadvantages: 1. Despite the presence of security guards, the basement parking layout was confusing and disorganized, leading to delays in finding the lift to the lobby. 2. The water pressure in my room was disappointingly low. 3. Adjusting the water temperature was a challenge, as it seemed difficult to calibrate accurately. Overall, while there were some minor inconveniences, the positives of the stay outweighed the negatives, making it a decent option for a short stay.

Overall, we had a great experience with the DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam branch, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and modern. The hotel near Central i-City mall, a short walk from i-City Theme Park, WaterWorld, and SnoWalk. My kid has a very enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early before 3pm. So this was a big plus. Tosca Italian Trattoria sevice was excellent, a big thanks to Mr. Fareez the outlet Manager for the wonderful great service to us, family and i had a great time there. Would definitely big recommend friends there.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below. 1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin. 2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required. Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.
