We stayed with family in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Would like to thank staff for housing both apartments to same floor and close to each other. The apartments are very spacious (specially 3 bedroom, Wow!) and in very good condition. Not to mention the beautiful views. 2nd time stay here because of the good ambience and cheaper price with worthy room amenities, spacey & nice decoration. Last time the kitchen sink was clogged, this time the kitchen hood not functioning, make the room smelly everytime we cook. Really disturbing! The best part is the TV is really well functioning with good internet access and a lot of movies, youtube access and got neflix(maybe from previous customer lupa nak logout hehe). 2nd time requested for klcc view but still not getting it hmmmm.

I had a great stay at Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty, and the amenities, including the rooftop pool, were enjoyable. However, there were minor Wi-Fi issues in the room. Overall, I recommend Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. the best part is , walking distance to BUKIT BINTANG and it was so easy to find a food !!

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

The lobby is one of coolest in town - a well-designed (spot legit branded furniture) and comfortable space to work and spend the day in! The team serving guests was also engaging and friendly, which made the experience a pleasant one. The room is one of a kind - high-tech with the ability to control lighting, blinds, temperature, and mood via the iPad. Although the view for the internal courtyard room is nothing to shout about - you would probably keep the curtains and blinds down most of the time, they didn't compromise on the comfort and functionality - bed was great and there was sufficient electrical points for necessary charging. We had breakfast and it was good for the price we paid, with a decent range of variety. We also had the rosemary thyme chicken for lunch, which tasted surprisingly good! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and was absolutely value for money. citizenM is a seriously cool brand and am already looking forward to more of them in Asia!

Great value place, the entrance is just a little hidden as the sign is very small, you'll see it next to a small Malaysian restaurant, which we tried and was actually pretty good and good value. Rooms were clean, the counter staff was friendly, and overall was just a pretty good experience. Nearby less than 5 mins walk is a big bustling street with local food, and a ***** of bars as well which was very convenient. This place might even be walkable from Pavilion, although personally I didn't try Highly recommended if you're cool with how the pictures look

I spent 11 nights in this budget hotel and found it very satisfactory for what it is. The location is excellent as it is a five minute walk to the Jalan Alor food court street and it is just about in Bukit Bintang. It is located on a quiet street. The monorail is just a few blocks away. The hotel can call a Grab ( Malaysian's Uber equivalent ) for you if you need one as they are very cheap, especially if you have two or more in the car. As stated by others the rooms are basic. I did not like the interior room they were going to give me as it seemed too dark, so they had a room facing the front street. I do not like any noise at all and I am always concerned about taking a room facing the street. This street is very quiet and noise was not an issue at all. Having the good size window helped to make the room bright. The AC was good, the bed was comfortable, the internet was good.The door is very secure with a new card reading lock. The safe was good even using a key instead of a combination though a little inconvenient . They do not serve a breakfast which is odd as they have a nice cafeteria and relaxing area to serve it. Around the corner is the VCR Cafe which is excellent for coffee, meals, desserts but it does not open until 9 a.m. I lucked out and found a great place for breakfast, a five minute walk from the hotel. It is in the Corona Hotel on Jin Tong Shin and it is a buffet ( eggs, juice,rice, specialties, coffee etc. ), all you can eat for 16 RM and you do not have to be a guest. Also, the place has a free English newspaper to read. It opens around 7:30 a.m. I had no issues with mosquitoes. Shower temperature was good. A few minor negatives ( it is a budget hotel ): There are not enough draws for your clothing and not a good spot to hang any of them without being an eye sore. I kept most of my clothes in my luggage. TV channels are not good at all. it would be nice to come back from a long day and watch CNN,BBC, or Fox English news channel...I at least had the internet to keep me updated. The bathroom like many Asian hotels has the shower device next to the toilet and thus wetting the floor ( I shower at night as one of my last things, so it was not a big issue. ) The room does not come with any water bottles. I asked for some and they gave me some at no charge. All and all a good budget hotel.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to Lalaport, Pavilion Bukit Bintang, MRT, monorail and more. Excellent view from the roof top and the unit. Good facilities, can cook simple meals. However, the cleanliness can be improved. Kitchen and toilet has some mould, and the unit will benefit from some refurbishment such as repainting.
