Essy Hotel KL Sentral

KL Sentral
Friendly, helpfu and accommodating staff. Renovated premises. Room xlean but at first smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. Exhaust fan strong so this smell eventually disappeared. I think they, like many other hotels, have hard time with some types of clientele that smoke in rooms. Maybe install smoke detector. Anyway, toothbrush, soap, etc all provided and mini fridge also in the room. Good service and great location next to nu sentral and monorail station.

An important tip is to note the check-in time is 2pm-4pm. This is Air BnB style. Please take note of the local mobile number to dial or whatsapp call because there is no typical reception. Also kindly note it is Block B. Overall its an average stay. Ok for its price. Good location just 10-20 mins taxi Grab ride to Mid Valley mall a big shopping centre that is prominent in KL. The tiles are in pretty bad shape though. Stepped on the floor and it feels that it can crack under your feet any moment.

We booked this hotel at a discount price from booking website and booked a deluxe double room which meant our room had windows. The room was a bit small but clean, the price was not very cheap but the location was perfect for us, sure our hotel was comfortable and tidy, with two beds and windows, bathroom was also very good, towels and sanitary items. Every morning people put their newspapers outside, and they also offer morning call and taxi services, and it's perfect to live here.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the environment is very good, the traffic is relatively good.. It is convenient to eat around the Chinese restaurants, too far from the Twin Towers, and there are many Chinese around to open the store.

Smoking is prohibited in the hotel room and Inner premises. The hotel management should take responsibility and action to ensure that the hotel room and Inner premises all the time the air is clean and fresh instead is polluted by cigarettes smoke. Best regards.
