Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast buffet spread not premium but acceptable. Won’t mind returning here for a shopping weekend retreat getaway!

It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff decorated our bed and even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was spacious and clean. Very serene to stay in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food though the roti canai can be improved. We ordered room service for dinner in the second night. Had a little of confusion. The staff that send our food told us to pay by cash even though we already inform the front desk staff that we are paying by the deposit. Well... we had to pay by cash. The hotel is quite near to LRT station Abdullah Hukum (a walking distance). And it was just a station away to KL Sentral. We alight at KL Sentral and took the KLIA Express to airport. Going around is quite a breeze as we travel via the LRT and MRT. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Staff friendly. Amenities is great. Location is ok if you driving a car yourself. Free parking. Room with bathtub very relaxing. Complimentary breakfast buffet with assorted varieties. Adding baby crib is free. Just to remind again, you can’t modify your trip and cancel booking with hotel if you are booking with third party agent like trips.com.

We've stayed here many times, especially over Xmas. In fact, we would have been one of the earliest guests when it first opened. The location is great esp with KL Sentral mrt within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hiccup after checking in, 2x single beds instead of a double, but it was quickly fixed. Our only criticism is the rooms need to be given an uplift, showing their age. We will be back again.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Hotel service were excellent, staffs were proactive in fulfilling our requests like requesting for plates, glass wine for our new year celebration. Best of all, we requested for a quiet room away from the lift and got a nice quiet room. We were able to enjoy the peace and celebrate the new year, city views were amazing and fireworks could be seen far away. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
