Hotels in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

This is the perfect set up! Stunning views both from the roof top and our room! The location is amazing, about a 5 minute walk to KLSentral mall, station and monorail. The room was spacious, had all the basic equipment needed for a comfy stay, air con and heated shower, refrigerator and freezer, iron, hair dryer. It’s like having your own little apartment. It gets even better, we had full access to the beautiful rooftop pool and sauna. We could do our laundry, washer and dryer, 24 hour access. We were definitely pleasantly surprised, and extended our stay for another 3 nights. Thanks so much!

The hotel is conveniently located close to KL sentral train station. Nearby can find many shops n eating places. Will stay again for its price n location

We had a great stay in this hotel for a traveller with a toddler,staff are very friendly and accommodating,place was fantastic very near to all that we want to go,clean overall 10/10 for a budget friendly hotel,my daughter really enjoyed here when she feels bored in the room she will go only in the playroom,we will book again in this hotel in our future travel in KL 😊

I am a Hilton Honors member and would like to give a huge shout-out to Omar for his wonderful service in going the extra mile. He graciously accommodated my request to swap me to a slightly larger King Deluxe Lakeview Rm on my last night and arranged for a seamless transfer of my luggage to the new room when I was out. My wife and I truly appreciated the gesture and we had a very restful and comfortable stay. Kudos to Omar for embodying the great Hilton hospitality and service! Fantastic location with numerous public transport options (KTM/LRT/MRT). I didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many F&B options around

For a hotel of its size, the facilities are excellent. The subway is just two blocks away, an easy and pleasant walk. You'll know you've arrived once you spot the parking lot. The reception point is downstairs; you don't even need to enter the main building. Just find a spot to wait by the entrance, give them a call, and someone will promptly come out to check you in and give you your key card. They offer phone support in Chinese, which was very helpful for me as my English isn't great, but the entire process and communication were seamless. Check-in itself was efficiently handled via a few simple steps on WeChat. Elevator access requires a key card swipe before selecting your floor. The top floor offers fantastic views – remember to bring your swimsuit! The only minor drawback is that the walls are a bit thin; light sleepers might want to bring headphones or earplugs. Overall, very clean.

Overall, my experience was great. The view from the hotel, especially from the pool area, was fantastic, overlooking most of KL. The cleanliness of the room and amenities was excellent, and a pool and gym are also located on the 40th floor. I enjoyed the ambiance and environment of the hotel; the room was extremely spacious and offered a pleasant stay. The downsides were the less-than-ideal location and the pricey parking at RM19 per day. It's also worth noting that getting from the parking area to the room requires three separate lifts, which could be a negative factor for some. All in all, the experience was great and worth the money, and will come back for another stay.

Very good service. Located by the KL lake garden where you can enjoy the calm & peaceful environment. Walking distance to Central Market, KL train station, Dataran Merdeka and you can see the National Masjid from the room.

Walking distance to monorail station, nice view and facilities like the pools and washing machines are good. I would suggest adding some vending machines for food and beverages in the building as I was finding for mineral water, but I can't get any in the building and the studio itself did not provide mineral water too. But for this price, I would say it was a good stay.

This time front desk give me a higher floor, room is still same and that day they have heavy rain and all the 5 floors is liking to the room luckily my room is no any water coming out from the windows. It’s was so messy on the floor. Also I don’t like the 5 floors house keeping , when I was asked for two more set  shampoo and shower gel , he said to only I 1 set for each room , but I told him I been stay this hotel for few time , I don’t have any problems for this thing . He seem like he was showing he saved costs for his boss 🤣🤣

Very good location just a stone throw away to the shopping mall Nu Sentral and then KL Sentral transportation hub. Room was spacious but there were signs of old age. Aircond was making some noise. Not sure was it becos of hot weather or not- woke up in the morning feels abit warm but still could feel the air flow . Parking has narrow ramp going up and down so if driving a big car would be challenging.
