Rooms is very squeezy n small. Thought can have a free upgrade but no able too. But nvm we managed to walk sideways & bath sideways too. No small hand towel provided. So disappointed Even the room slipper wasn’t changed daily. But managed to get a Connecting room but difficult to open the door for convenient use coz the room Is super tight 😢

2nd time staying in this hotel. Location wise is very convenient as is linked to midvalley mega mall. The room is big and comes with a bath tube . My only complaint for this stay is the bed has squeaky noise whenever I turn or adjust; is kind of irritating. I ordered grab food and have it delivered to the concierge and was nice that the staff had it delivered via robot to me . Save me a trip to go down to lobby.

Great location, parked right in the centre of Bangsar South - accessible to KL city and PJ area. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Room is clean, air con is working fine. Do note that the soundproof is very good too. Another con is that no bottled water provided in the room or is there any water refill station. Hotel breakfast exceeded my expectations, there are noodle and egg stations. Will still come back to stay though, for a short trip.

The sofa is dirty and stink from previous guest use, whole apartment smell terrible when i step in but i still give them great score because their efficiency of response to guest needs and fast check in and deposit free so i guess nothing is perfect, just how the guest feel each differently. For the price i paid higher than their normal rate i was actually expect a better cleanliness but due to the washer and dryer not faulty this time compare to my last previous stay, i am actually fine with it. Just hope they can consider washing the cover of the sofa or invest buying a sofa washer machine. Still i enjoy my stay cause they give me quite high floor. Thank you.

This was our 2nd time staying at VE Hotel & Residences and coincidentally allocated in same one bedroom executive apartment on 24th floor. We were very happy relaxing in their clean and comfortable one bedroom executive apartment with washer/dryer. Just directly opposite through linked overhead covered bridge are a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops. Good location at Bangsar South, thanks will certainly return again.

I love the location of this hotel, everything is nearby and easy for me. I don't really have to drive out for anything. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. I like that as a hotel guest I am able to use the Anytime Fitness Gym, it's so convenient since it's 24 hours ...seeing as most gym hotel are not allow to operate after a certain time.... Great job👍

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was also perfect—convenient and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had booked the St Giles Gardens Hotel instead of the St Giles Residences. When we arrived, we were told that the Gardens Hotel was closed for renovation and that we were relocated to the Residences instead. To be fair, the Residences had been recently renovated and the service apartment was clean, with the flooring re-laid with vinyl finishing. Overall, the rooms were clean, the amenities were nice and there is a 24/7 lounge with free hot drinks and biscuits. However, I had paid an additional SGD20 to book the Gardens Hotel instead of the Residences, so it is not fair to put me in a cheaper accommodation without prior notice. In fact, why was the hotel still listed as available for booking if it is closed for renovation? I called Trip.com to enquire about this, and Trip.com offered me compensation in the form of Trip Coins, as the hotel was unwilling to do anything. Therefore I am only giving 1 star for the hotel service.

The customer service is polite and the room is clean and tidy. The location is moderate and there are many places to eat nearby.
