Hotels in Golden Triangle, Kuala Lumpur

This time i made a mistake because booking the room on the wrong date. I book the room in early morning in my room, forgot to switch on the light, that why i make a mistake, i beg the hotel to accept my request for the date change, but the hotel rejected, i didn’t chek in at 8/7 because i have to work on that day, i’m from kuantan how can i come to KL on the working day at least on the weekend or school holiday, but the hotel didn’t accept that, i must book another room for the date  18/7 because my daughter registeration day at IIUM GOMBAK. Thanks a lot to trip. Com for give me compensation 🥰🥰🥰

I had a great experience with the hotel, staff was hpelpful and friendly, and the amenities were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect – just a short walk from Masjid Jamek metro station The room was “quite” clean and comfortable. but it’s also quite old a bit. There is no a bottle of water in my room. just shampoo and shower gel available The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KL . It offers great value for money and a comfortable, relaxing stay.

The services by the staffs are OK. They forgot to provide the towels on our first night of arrival. However, the staffs were very accommodating & came to the room immediately with new towels after we called. The location of the hotel is superb. It is at the center of KL where you can get almost everything within walking distance & public transport are readily available. The hotel is considered old. It requires extra efforts to remove all roaches. We found a few roaches in the room & toilet (see photo). Facilities wise, considering the age of the hotel, it is understandable for the furnitures to be worn out. However, it is mind blowing for us when the towels supplied to us on the next day were very SMALL (kid size)...

Booked last minute bcs wanna see KL tower. View sangattt cantik. Malam lagi cantikk. Cuma, bedsheet nampak kotor. Harga affordable less than rm100.

Except for the long check-in: somehow the receptionist asked for the tourist tax, even though I already paid it and showed the proof of payment from the Trip.com (he even asked to send the photo to his email, - why would I need waste so much time for this, it was a prepaid stay. And the hotel needs to clarify all the payment with the platform I presume), and the Gideons Bible was in the room, the hotel didn’t agree for us to take it with us. Even though this is one of the main policies of the Gideons Publishing house, to spread the Bible for people around the globe. But other than that other things were fine. And the location

Disappointing Front Desk Experience, But Excellent Breakfast Service I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and, unfortunately, was very disappointed with the front desk service. I arrived at 2:00 PM and was told my room would be ready in 20 minutes. However, I was repeatedly told to “wait another 10 minutes” until finally receiving my room key at exactly 3:00 PM. This misleading communication and lack of transparency are far below the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. I had also requested a late checkout at 1:00 PM, which was verbally approved but never recorded in the system—another example of poor coordination and service. That said, the breakfast restaurant team truly stood out. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism were exactly what I would expect from a 5-star property. Overall, while the breakfast service was impressive, the poor experience at the front desk overshadowed my stay. A luxury hotel should deliver consistent excellence across all departments.

Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Strategically located especially if you're in KL to shop and eat.

Sesuai harga yg dibayarkan. Kamar tanpa jendela seperti suram. Dan tidak merasa nyaman.amenities buat mandi gak tersedia landed juga udah late night in juga dah jam 2 hampir pagi. Hanya numpang tidur saja

pleasant. the most important is strategic location, near w sogo jakel n others. Easy too find food n beverages Parking car not provide so need to find it. Staff very helpful and nicee. Will repeat to stay here next time!
