Nice enough place and well situated.
My room was nice but the last day of cleaning was not of a good standard. Rubbish was still in the room and the bathroom was not the same standard as it was the previous days.
Pool was nice but the missing tiles were a bit dangerous and sharp.
Front desk staff were efficient but didn’t smile.
The people that were standing by the door were fantastic and helpful.
The tour desk was useless, the person working there didn’t even acknowledge my existence until he finished what he was doing on his phone.

Royce Residence KLCC is a great place to stay! The room was comfortable with a fantastic view facing the KLCC towers. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to KLCC and other nearby spots. Only downside was the late check-in time at 3pm, which felt a bit long. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

I had an incredible stay at the Four Points. The hotel is only 2 years newly refurbished I believe, and the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel is walkable to many tourist spots and local gems too. Traffic does get bad around this area of KLCC but this can be circumvented by using Beam scooters or walking.
I can’t praise the team enough for how friendly, helpful and kind they were during my stay. I stayed in two different types of room during my stay and unfortunately left some clothes in the first room by mistake. The team did their utmost to find them efficiently and returned them to my new room!
Breakfast was a banquet, and offered a variety of local and international dishes for every palate. The fruit was fresh and sweet mostly. The pool is a good size, and water slides for all until 7pm! I will definitely try to stay here again when I’m next in KL.

Great location centralised. Service of staff is great they had put thrown in an extra breakfast for my kid whose appetite is so small. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing as always. Thank you for the decor of my room (Roshni).

I was so pleased with the location of this hotel, it’s in the klcc park area and across from Patronas tower, if you’re trying to avoid the humid / a sudden downpour, you can use the convention center enclosed hallways and then go down an escalator to reach the Suria mall via an underpass, you can even walk all the way to Bukit bintang using this underpass, just make sure you go straight and don’t turn left for suria.
If you don’t feel like walking a buggy awaits you to drop you off at klcc suria mall, which is really convenient.
I had a very pleasant check in with Amandra who was informative and lovely.
The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and pillows so soft, I loved sinking into them after a long day of touring ( getting lost mostly)
The bathroom was clean but I think special attention should be paid to the shower area, that can be cleaned by soaking it in bleach or some detergent as there was moss on the floor and water stains on the door, above the shower door is a gap that tiny flies come through and dirt falls into the bathtub besides that the room smelled good and there was no sewer smells from the bathroom.
I would definitely come back to this hotel when I visit again, perhaps a better room next time with a view and a hope that shower areas are better tended too, I’ve found it lacking in almost every hotel I went to in Kuala Lumpur now. Langkawi seems to be better in this regard.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I think the building was mend by different management, my check in is at level 33-08. U can obtain a smoke pass if u want to smoke in the room @ RM50/day upon check in.
They have basic utensils, oven, microwave, washing machine & dryer (2in1), u can purchase pod from them as well. Everything will be communicate via wechat/whatsapp so quite convenient on that. They provide toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash. Of coz towels.
The place is quite spacious and comfy to stay, will def come back.
2 minus points are - at night will keep hearing water dripping sound, kinda scary.. another is the heavy traffic as it is the busiest area.

I stayed one night at the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. Location is good.
The room was really small — much smaller than I expected. If you’re booking, it’s better to go for a bigger room if available.
We didn’t really like the breakfast — it wasn’t to our taste, but it might be fine for others. It’s probably a personal preference.

Check in with Stephanie was efficient and quick. The room was big and comfortable, the view is good but you can’t see much from the bed, the bathroom has the best view of the tower.
I liked the room and the bed was cosy.
The cleaning of the bathroom needs more attention, the sink/ toilet area was clean but the shower needs a good scrubbing and maybe re -grouting . If that is changed, it will be 5 stars
Breakfast was amazing, there was so much to choose from and all was delicious, a special shout out to Mimi, she is the most lovely and cheerful waiter at breakfast, she is attentive and kind. She really made the day special.

Although I was only in Kuala Lumpur for a day, my stay at Hyatt Centric City Centre was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel incredibly welcomed — friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The level of customer service here really stood out and made the experience memorable.
The hotel itself is modern and well-equipped, with great amenities including a sleek rooftop pool, multiple dining options, and a 24/7 gym — perfect for travellers who want flexibility. The location is also ideal, just a 10-minute walk to Pavilion and the Bukit Bintang shopping/entertainment area.
Even though it was a short stay, everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. I genuinely can’t wait to come back and spend more time here! Highly recommend if you’re visiting KL.

GGuest UserThis time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.

AAznan AbdullahA Perfect Urban Retreat at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur
Our recent stay at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled along Jalan Ampang, the hotel’s prime location offers easy access to the city’s major attractions, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC, both just a short drive away .

SSansonThe place has everything you need (cutlery, plates, tv, washing machine, fridge ….) and it’s near downtown but also not situated in the middle of the house and crowded center city. Downstairs there grocery shops and nearby restaurants and cafes ! It’s calm and clean !

GGuest UserExtremely central and convenient location. Macs is across and within walking distance to twin towers. Wish there were hangers or drying rack as we couldn’t hang out clothes at all after washing. It’s not practical to bring our own drying rack. Wish there was tissue paper too as it’s quite surprising there wasn’t any. Didn’t understand the lift system initially as there were no buttons to press. Kept thinking I was in wrong lift. When we were there, there are groups of men hanging around which makes female travellers feel a bit uneasy. Other than these, everything else was perfect.

GGuest UserGreat location. Host was lovely and easy to approach. Rooms were fairly clean. Since room service would only be provided on request, it would be nice if extra pillow cases and bedsheets were provided. Also no indoor slippers provided. The hotel felt safe and the rooftop view was lovely. Kids enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool. Security staffs were lovely and very helpful.

XXuebangzhengIt is recommended not to choose this hotel because it has no front desk and no one is there to solve any problems. Suddenly there was no electricity in the wall of our room and our mobile phone could not be charged at all. No one paid attention to us, so we had to change hotels. There are many hotels to choose from in this building...but this was a huge 2 bedroom, reasonably priced, and a good choice for a permanent stay if they had reliable customer service.

AAnonymous UserThe first time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay in this hotel. When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened.
1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in.
2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ?
3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits)
4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why.
———
Let’s talk about the room
There is a washing machine, toiletries, and air conditioning 👌
Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.
