Location and room itself was great! Cleanliness can be improved, especially the shower and seating areas. Not recommending to visit the pool as the lounge chairs are pretty dirty. The pool itself requires much cleaning and better filtration as we saw alot of dirt specks in the water while swimming which is honestly quite disgusting. Other than that, for a decent stay I would say its great.
Medium sized room equipped with small fridge, TV and toiletries. Strategic location in the city center, easy to find nearby eateries. Only provide 1 access card which is difficult when 1 of us wants to go out. The bathroom floor is quite slippery. Breakfast does not have many choices. My son pacifier was left on the dining table, but they said they did not find it when they cleaned.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is quite central and there is a coffeeshop nearby for local breakfast. The hotel breakfast was average if not fussy but eating mostly the same thing every day is quite mundane. The nearest mall is Pavillon and TRX is also walkable.
The hotel interior is aged but clean. Water pressure is very good. We were upgraded but the room was not ventilated and smelt musky when we entered so we have to open all the windows first.
I will give 9/10 ratings. I love this hotel, the service, the location, the cleanliness but 1 point deduct because i dont get what i requested. Its my family first time staying this luxury hotel in center of kuala lumpur so i request to get room with good view and high floor but its a waste i only get stay at lower floor and another building is our view.
The hotel is in a great location, and is perfect for a place to leave bags and crash at night if you like going out and about during the daytime.
There is a gym and pool which are nice, although the other side of the hotel (owned by a different company- sleeping lion) have benefits which include towels specific for the pool and a proper check-in reception desk.
The location is this hotels largest strength, its ideal for anywhere in the city centre, it’s extremely convenient.
Overall the stay was positive, the only negative was the lift (elevator), it once took 25 minutes to leave the building because of the large number of guests and only 4 elevators (one is used for staff). Average time to get the lift was around 10-15 minutes so take that into consideration when planning your day.
Note, you cannot leave you baggage at the hotel once you’ve checked out so if you have an evening flight you’ll be stuck with your bags for the day - I recommend the app ‘bounce’ you’ll find nearby location that accept luggage for the day.

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Garden Bukit Bintang. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with a cozy and well-maintained room. The toilet was spotless, and the overall ambiance made the stay truly enjoyable.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location — it's very close to shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. It's definitely a hotspot for tourists, making it a convenient place to stay whether you're in Kuala Lumpur for shopping, sightseeing, or food hunting.
The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food to choose from.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. You won’t be disappointed!

Location is very strategic, close to mrt, central market, Chinatown, Cafes restaurants. Counter manager was helpful to help me with a luggage lock at night. Although my room can hear the passing mrt it stops after midnight, so not a big issue. Room was clean and shower was strong.
Everything you'd expect from JWMarriot. The people standout- spontaneous smiles & greetings abound. The rooms are comfortable but have seen better days. You'd have to peer closer to notice, so on the surface is still very acceptable. The toilets have rain showers and amenities one would expect. The bar is equipped with a mini fridge & the usual selection of teas and Nespresso. The TV is large & modern but the cable channels are somewhat spartan with only a smattering of international channels. There is Chromecast available with the Samsung TVs. The beds are comfortable, on the stiffer side so good for bad backs & the pillows are fluffy and soft.
There's a spa & sauna, a 24 hr gym & a rather dated but functional & large swimming pool. The breakfasts are typical of a reputable Asian hotel- local fare mixed with more traditional Continental food selections.
Excellent place, and affordable for few nights. It is convenient to the MTR station, Imbi and opposite Berjaya Times Square.
Downside is the traffic, I would recommend dropping somewhere further away and take the MTR to Imbi station. The traffic jam is atrocious and can take a while to reach the hotel.
Another downside is the walls aren’t that soundproof, you can hear fellow neighbours from different sides.
Other than that, the overall amenities and services are exceptional. Would stay again if I visit KL

Great
LLi TingReaponsible host. Although we did not make to stay at this unit due to the aircond issue, the host gave us a call before we check in and offered us another unit nearby. Highly recommended
OOMAR AL-ATTASThe hotel is in a great location, and the outside area is nicely decorated with trees. There are plenty of food options nearby — nasi kandar, Minang dishes (like nasi padang) and lots of other interesting things to try. The nearest public transport is Medan Tuanku Monorail (about 300m) and Sultan Ismail LRT (around 400m), so it's super easy to get around. From here, I managed to visit a few places like Central Market, KL Forest Eco-Park, hopped on the KL Hop-On Hop-Off bus at Bukit Bintang and more. The room itself was clean and comfy. The aircond and hot shower worked perfectly. I absolutely loved the herbal scent of the shower gel and shampoo — felt like I was in a spa! That said, it would’ve been even better if there was a bidet next to the toilet for cleaning up and maybe some hangers or a proper spot to hang clothes. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely consider coming back next time.
BBasra Bagaz************* for everything.
Super perfect, gladly will recom to my families and friends to stay here.
Location was perfect, near pavillion mall. The facility was grat and the staff welcome us nicely. Thankyou its very kind of you.
WWHL920Stayed here for 15 days. The overall experience was pleasurable. The location is strategic -- very nice to Chinatown, Maharajarela Monorail and the Stadium Merdeka. We were assigned the unit 2-12-2 (1 bedroom). The unit is spacious, clean and cooling (not feeling hot even if it's very hot outside). There is no daily or weekly cleaning throughout the stay. We had to request the clothes airer; otherwise, it didn't come by default. Apart from the amount paid via TRIP, there is another RM50 cleaning fee, and RM300 security deposit (refundable upon checkout). Gym and pools are great too. Suggestion: it will be good to have a peeler in the unit. Will come back again if we need to stay in KL again in the future.
LLay-HoeA great budget hotel! Thana, the manager and Par at reception were most welcoming when I checked in. It was like coming home.
Room was clean and bedsheets were spotless. Location is premium. Close to everything! Jalan Alor is just a stone throw away. There you can find your favourite Malaysian street food. Pavilion shopping mall is close by and Chinatown is within walking distance.
All in all I enjoyed my stay there.
Llyu571The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night.
The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast.
The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up.
The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.
GGuest UserHotel staff is friendly with a spacious lounge to sit over, alongside a nice cafe. The internet at this room was much better compared to my last experience at a different room in this hotel. You may ask for a window room with better internet availability. If you’re only looking for a sleepover, some hostels around are also considerable options. Remember to book online, over the counter rates are higher and may also charge you extra if you’re using cash such as transaction and bank charges.

Very Good
BBananalai9The location is great and the surrounding is chill. You can walk down to the food street and bar street within 3 minutes. Just that the room got moldy smells despite of the location at hill is quite cold and wet.
CchiragduIt is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them.
AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them.
No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby.
Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good.
Not a noisy road outside but the view from the room is limited. Not sure about parking but did not see any outside the hotel.
GGuest UserPerfect location, just across the street from Arrow Street, it is very convenient to go to citywalk
The room is fully equipped and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a first-class view
The pool on the 6th floor is absolutely pleasantly surprised, worth the fare! Can see the 118 building
PS:
① The smell of the ground cleaner is too big, it takes a long time to disperse after check-in, and it is not very friendly to those sensitive to smell.
② The two air conditioners are old and the cooling is a bit difficult. It is recommended to clean them in depth.
