Amazing stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated.

I had a great experience with the hotel, staff was hpelpful and friendly, and the amenities were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

That night, my friends ordered food via Grab. They left the room and went down to the lobby to pick it up. After 40 minutes, there was still no news from them. I tried calling, but couldn’t get through. Turns out, they were trapped inside the elevator on the 13th floor! The elevator was stuck mid-level, and they had to be pulled out by security. It felt just like a scene from a movie — a horror memory for our holiday. When we asked the hotel for compensation, they said it was the security’s responsibility, not theirs. They didn’t even say sorry It feels like our lives didn’t matter at all! If something happened to my friends, I think they don’t even care. Now my friends are scared of taking elevators.

Good location, clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice cause lounge zone, its pleasant to spent time there. There is a water dispenser in lobby. Rooms without windows are not spacious. Some towels are probably synthetic because they do not absorb water at all and are unpleasant to the touch.

i like it! i think one of the best 3 star i’ve stayed in kl. modern, cosy and staff are friendly and always smiley. though by the road side and noisy but okay to sleep since earplugs given. would recommend this so much!!

This hotel lobby very hot no air-con and no public toilet only have toilet at lobby but only for staff using so when I go there waiting for 3 hous need pee and pup urgently no body assist me only reception staff say male toilet for staff using only is under maintenece and for check-in time is sharp 3 pm overall the hotel room is average Good

We stayed for one night, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work but they changed our room. The room was spacious, bright, corresponds to the photo. The location is ok, there is a monorail station nearby, but it is far to the center by walk. Water and coffee are provided. Shampoo, slippers and toothbrush also, which is very good. Soundproofing is good, you don’t hear motorcycles and train. The staff is responsive.

I have try many hotel at Chow Kit..This is the best for me..Simple yet clean..Near restaurant and small shop like coffee, bundle, bank..The receptionist can speak malay well..In KL, usually the receptionist can’t speak malay well..Good jobs in training receptionist well..Will repeat again..Thanks you..

The carpet was dusty..very dusty i must say. Toilet smells a bit.only 3 tv channel..boring..the breakfast wasnt pleasant..very few choices.the cereal was not crispy at all..not a single kuih..sambal was more like water..very limited parking..only 9 spots..

Not bad for a Boutique Hotel (Newly) in Medan Tuanku, i would consider coming back.. strategic Location literally behind Quill City Mall. Transportation wise, 2 nearby Metro Stations, nearest 230m Medan Tuanku Monorail and near 780m to Sultan Ismail Sri Petaling Line/Ampang Line ..
