Rooftop pool and bar serving nice alcohol cocktail will 11pm a big plus something extraordinary compare to other 4-5 star hotel in kl. As mostly due to religious issue hence such facility hardly provided due to alcohol etc.

Our stay was overall enjoyable, highlighted by the property's prime location offering breathtaking views of the KLCC skyline and the iconic KL Tower. The check-in team was prompt, courteous, and efficient, addressing our queries swiftly and ensuring a seamless arrival process. That said, we recommend improving pre-arrival communication by sharing check-in instructions or procedures at least a day prior to guests’ stay. This would alleviate any pre-check-in uncertainties and further enhance the experience. Despite this minor hiccup, the stay was pleasant, and we’d consider returning for the unbeatable vistas and attentive service.

The services by the staffs are OK. They forgot to provide the towels on our first night of arrival. However, the staffs were very accommodating & came to the room immediately with new towels after we called. The location of the hotel is superb. It is at the center of KL where you can get almost everything within walking distance & public transport are readily available. The hotel is considered old. It requires extra efforts to remove all roaches. We found a few roaches in the room & toilet (see photo). Facilities wise, considering the age of the hotel, it is understandable for the furnitures to be worn out. However, it is mind blowing for us when the towels supplied to us on the next day were very SMALL (kid size)...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Strategic location with easy access to public transport. Surrounding with many Restaurant, easy to find food. And by walking distance to china town, stadium merdeka and central market. This area feels save and convenient. Highly recommend It to other travelers.

My recent trip to Kuala Lumpur (KL) was fantastic! I particularly enjoyed exploring the mix of modern and traditional elements in the city. I really liked KL. There are a lot of nice parks and malls, and KL is one of those best city.

The location is excellent, and I booked a one-bedroom room with a stunning view of the twin towers—absolutely breathtaking. The customer service is exceptional, with prompt and attentive responses at all times

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect – just a short walk from Masjid Jamek metro station The room was “quite” clean and comfortable. but it’s also quite old a bit. There is no a bottle of water in my room. just shampoo and shower gel available The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KL . It offers great value for money and a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Good location, nice room but need a lil bit more details in cleaning. Overall great! Looking forward to stay there again.

The hotel’s location is highly recommended for tourists due to it’s near to public transport (bus @ trains), malls, mosques for muslims and attractions. The hotel staff are friendly and gives attentive service.
