"Everything liked. The view from the room is chic. Convenient location, everything is clean. Of the downsides there are few shops near, but it's small"
"Terrible service attitude by the first receptionist. The room was not ready at my arrival (well after check in time) and he didn't explain what happened and how long I had to wait. He wasn't apologetic at all and even cared about the guest. I had to come back later and finally got the room. The second receptionist was way more professional.
Great location close to Chow Kit monorail."
"Our 3rd time here but this time we were disappointed with the check in process. We arrived a bit late, almost 10pm. There's no one at the reception 😕 we rang the bell, call the hotel but there's no answer. After 20 minutes, one guy came out of nowhere. Not even a single sorry, he gave us the key and the rest is history 😂 Other than that, this hotel will always be our favourite because near the eatery, also a walking distance to Titiwangsa station (MRT, star LRT and monorail)."

"very strategic location, near to ICC Pudu, Berjaya Times square and lot of good food. Very nice to meet the men staff at morning which help my problem, cos the 2 women staff at night didn't help at all. Room is standard, maybe need improvement in maintenance wallpaper&bathroom."

"Good location for the national stadium, bus stop right outside and walking distance. Good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was tiny but clean and what you would expect for such a low price. Perfect bed for the night."
"Reception staff very nice and friendly! We stayed one night as we were taking the bus from TBS the next morning so location was convenient - many shops and restaurants nearby. 7-11 is also on the same block but not 24hrs for some reason, closes at 11pm. Room was comfy and clean, great for one night!"
"Unforgettable Service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur
I’ve stayed at several 5-star hotels before, but the service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur really stands out.
Right from the start, Farhana at reception made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was warm, professional, and so friendly—it felt like I was being greeted by someone who truly cared. Although I had a small issue with my room (which was resolved by someone else), Farhana’s kindness and the way she carried herself made the issue feel minor. Her presence and the great first impression she gave really set the tone for my entire stay.
At the restaurant, Raynalin and Halim were equally amazing. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right time and offering thoughtful recommendations. I felt so well taken care of—like they really wanted me to enjoy my meal and have a peaceful experience. I also noticed how consistent and gracious they were with every guest, which says a lot about the service culture at this hotel.
The people here are what make Banyan Tree KL truly special. Farhana, Raynalin, and Halim—thank you for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back."
"**A Luxurious Birthday Celebration at The St. Regis – An Unforgettable Experience**
My recent stay at The St. Regis to celebrate my birthday was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff orchestrated a seamless blend of opulence, personalized service, and thoughtful surprises that transformed a special occasion into a lifelong memory.
**Arrival & Welcome:**
The experience began with a warm, elegant check-in where the concierge immediately acknowledged my birthday celebration. A complimentary upgrade to a suite was offered, setting the tone for the indulgent stay. The lobby’s grand ambiance, with its crystal chandeliers and fresh floral arrangements, felt like stepping into a world of refined sophistication.
**The Room:**
Our suite was a masterpiece of luxury—spacious, impeccably designed, and adorned with a surprise birthday setup. A handwritten note from the manager, a decadent chocolate cake, accompanied by a bouquet of fresh roses. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the marble bathroom (complete with Remède toiletries), exuded comfort and class.
**Birthday Touches:**
The hotel’s butler service truly shined. Upon learning of the celebration, they arranged a private in-room dining experience with a customized menu, including a candlelit dessert presentation. Later, turndown service included rose petals and a soothing bath drawn with aromatic oils—a perfect prelude to the evening.
Dining & Amenities:
Dinner at the hotel’s signature restaurant was a culinary triumph. The staff surprised me with a tableside serenade and a bespoke dessert platter.
Service Beyond Compare:
What stood out most was the genuine care from every staff member. From the concierge securing last-minute theater tickets to the butler remembering my coffee preference each morning, their anticipatory service felt both magical and effortless.
Final Thoughts:
The St. Regis didn’t just host my birthday—it elevated it into a fairytale. For those seeking a celebration marked by luxury, attention to detail, and heartwarming hospitality, this iconic hotel is unparalleled. I left not just with souvenirs, but with cherished memories and a desire to return.
Rating:★★★★★ (5/5) – A flawless celebration in every sense."
"Travellers from Indonesia.
Stay : 5 Night ( Early Jan 2025 )
Room type : Cool corner king room.
I couldn't sleep well, our room was on the 15th floor, above a pub like a discotheque.
On New Year's Eve, we heard very loud music from night until morning 😭
The hotel seemed to have made a mistake in giving us this room, because we came as a family,
but were given a room where we couldn't sleep well everynight.
The room size is approximately 50m2.
standard room size.
if you are a family with lots of stuff like us,
this hotel is not hotel for that.
the room size should be OK,
but the room design is a bit complicated,
so the room becomes cramped.
This hotel bed is comfortable and soft,
suitable for young people.
Room with amazing view : front is twin towers and pool side.
And right side view is KL tower.
Breakfast : buffet, various types of food,
good taste.
Perfect location for shopping.
across from suria klcc mall , twin tower and aquaria.
Left side : Nasi Kandar open 24 Hours.
I wont back stay here if im back as family trip."

Great
MMyQCelebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars
Jjazz69Bad-During booking of room ,trip did not specify the room view.there for my view from the pool was block by a building.and I was told to upgrade with xtra fees..for the KLCC city view.
Good-breakfast spread was excellent n nice.
Dinner buffet was good too..

Great
GGuest UserLocation and room itself was great! Cleanliness can be improved, especially the shower and seating areas. Not recommending to visit the pool as the lounge chairs are pretty dirty. The pool itself requires much cleaning and better filtration as we saw alot of dirt specks in the water while swimming which is honestly quite disgusting. Other than that, for a decent stay I would say its great.
HHui HuiBooked a 2 Bedroom Premier Suite which is very spacious and even have a separate ironing room. Overall location of the hotel is great and there's couple of restaurants nearby. The room is a bit dated but still acceptable. Good water flow for the shower and great that it comes equipped with washer and dryer.
Downside: found small ants at the kitchen tops and there was no kitchen cloth or paper towel provided in the kitchen. One of the bath towel provided was very dirty like it was used for floor mat. It grossed us up cause my friend only saw the condition after use. The hotel did replace the towel but still it shouldn't have been provided to guest in the first place.
It would be nice to provide some hanging racks for guest to hang cothes/towel outside the bathroom or closet so is more airy.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel in general is really nice and good! It’s very close to the central station which offers good connections. The Pool has an amazing view (and also the rooms -see pic) and the rooms are pretty clean and big. However, a very disappointing experience were the elevators. It takes a really long time until the elevators arrive and then they stop so often since there are 53 floors. There is no air conditioning in the elevators which makes it even worse when being stuck with a lot of other people. It literally took me 10 minutes to get down to the reception sometimes (I had a room in the 50th floor). And to reach the pool you need to use the elevators too. Personally, I found it very exhausting and annoying to wait so long for the elevators, especially with the heat.

MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.

SSHAO TUNGI had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was also perfect—convenient and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would love to stay here again in the future!

JJ$SMy stay was marred by significant service shortcomings, primarily involving Front Office staff member Mr. Saiful during check in around midnight. Despite having a confirmed booking for a queen size bed room, Mr. Saiful(as shown my pic) insisted no such rooms were available and pressured me to accept a 2 single bed room instead. After I firmly declined, he reluctantly provided the room category I had originally booked.
This raised concerns about transparency, as I later observed multiple guests checking in and confirming they had received queen osize bed rooms per their bookings. This inconsistency suggests either poor inventory management or deliberate dishonesty, which is unacceptable.
A separate issue involved valet parking attendants: They repeatedly claimed the self parking lot was ”full,” seemingly to monopolize parking and pressure guests into paid valet services. Multiple guests were observed being turned away from self parking under questionable pretenses.
On a positive note, the room itself was clean and functionally adequate, meeting basic expectations for comfort and hygiene.
Recommendation for Management:
Retrain staff on ethical service practices, particularly regarding room allocations and honest communication.
Audit parking procedures to prevent coercive tactics by valet attendants.
The lack of integrity in these areas overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay.
GGuest UserSo far the hotel condition and also the room o booked for an overnight vefore and my wedding to ease prepare and makeup session are good. Comfortable room to stay. Price for extra bed also not too expansive. Nice 3-4 star hotel with affordable price.
YYIU KI NGThe reception and the hotel rooms are in 2 separated buildings connected by corridor, use 2 different lifts. A bit of walking distance, but the direction signs are clear. The AC of the corridor was not turned on, so hot and choky, but the room is clean and tidy, good for overnight stay. The toilet is clean, but the edges of the white tiles at the shower corner and the washing basin stained with some mould, not good but acceptable. The safe and the refrigerator are not working. The reception staff is nice and polite.
