"Lift is too slow, taking almost 10 min to go up to the room in peak hours, the tv in the room is kept freezing and turned off automatically, informed maintenance to check but still same. The fridge is also not cold, 2nd time I'm staying here but the same issue. Overall nice stay, easier access to bukit bintang and trx"

"We had a great stay with my two babies. Initially, the reception informed us that the baby cot was subject to availability, so we arrived at the hotel early and checked in promptly at 3 pm. Afterward, the staff still called our room to double-check that we had the baby cot. However, it would be beneficial for the hotel to provide a baby bath tub as well. Bathing in the shower area is challenging for babies under 18 months, and the floor tiles are quite slippery, leading to my two-year-old baby falling during shower time. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the playground and pool. The playground was quite dusty, and the balls were the same, which may be due to the large number of people visiting during the weekend. The breakfast buffet was still manageable despite the rate. We plan to return to the hotel with my kids and family in the future."

"Overall for us excellent, easy to eccess to everywhere. The place we stayed was clean, comfortable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still feeling like peaceful retreat. Can’t say much as we stayed only for one night and didn’t have any time to venture out but the place worth saving, all the utensils are complete, can cook there, expensive view, affordable house, beautiful, simple and also great. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or gateway with friends, this is the perfect place to stay. "Perfectly located in Bukit Bintang, right across Pavilion Mall — ideal for shopping and dining lovers. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with friendly service and good facilities. We also got free room upgrades to executive room. "We stayed Urban Suite room for two nights. One of my friend birthday fell on 25th Oct and requested for birthday decoration in the room. Hotel still given complimentary birthday cake. The chocolate cake taste very good and not too sweet. The location of the hotel very strategic and walking distance to many malls include Pavillion. The breakfast is delicious with variety food. Definitely will come to stay again for my next trip."

"The hotel environment is very comfortable and relaxing. There are many entertainment facilities, so you can easily spend the whole day in the hotel. I was surprised to find there’s even a food court inside, so on rainy days I didn’t have to go out just go downstairs for food! There’s also a park right outside the hotel, perfect for a walk. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The only downside was the shower, the water pressure was a bit too strong, and it took some time to find a comfortable balance. Also, the bathrobe I requested had a big hole in it & quite funny actually, but perhaps it’s time to retire that one or get it mended! On a positive note, I truly appreciate the thoughtful fruit arrangement from the Duty Manager. Thank you as well for taking my previous feedback seriously. Wyndham Bangsar continues to be my top choice whenever I visit Malaysia for work."
