Strategic location, got a shopping mall just across the street. Chargeable mini bar and snack. Only the drinking waters are free of charge.

Location of this hotel is strategic beside Pavillion. Rooms are well maintained and amenities are adequate. Check in & check out was a breeze with complimentary parking. No need to drive out at night, many eateries around the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices of food. My families had a great time here. Fully recommended.

I was planning to use the bathtub and noticed the water was green. I informed the reception, and a technician came to check. He mentioned that he had cleaned the tap filter, but the water is still not clean. I believe the issue may be due to the water tank. I did inform the reception again but it was already late at night. They offered to change room but i declined.
Pullman, please look into this matter urgently, as I suspect all tap water is affected. I can smell and taste it when I bathe and brush my teeth.

This is my second time staying with Pullman Hotel after Bangkok. The room is always spacious, and security and services are always taken care of. Staff are friendly, and food is beyond standard.
Most importantly, the entire setting makes me feel comfortable that not many 5-star hotels are able to provide. Price is reasonable with free breakfast and parking along with the facilities provided.
Pullman Hotel and it associated brand under Accor will definitely be my next priority when choosing my accommodation.
Highly recommended!

The best bed i ever sleep. Very comfy. Location was near everywhere. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly as well.

This hotel situated at a good location where food are easily assessable. The room is spacious and bright. The breakfast is variety.
Although there was been refurbished, some of the amenities are little bit old.
Surprisingly, for the minibar, only the coffee cubes, mineral water and tea bag are free. The remaining snacks and soft drinks will be charged.

Room and gym are a little dated. Did not replace our bath towels for our second night.
Room and bathroom are big. Walking distance to pavilion. Location is great.
