The management team of Mr. Dylan , Mr. Rajat and Mr. Kamal is exceptional . They are professional , thoroughly knowledgeable , and truly care for their guests . They will go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests , all with a genuine smile . The property's location is excellent , the suites are well maintained . Strongly recommend .

hotel okay, murah , with klcc view time mandi swimming pool, cuma lift kadang2 problem nak scan card & also , kalau dia kasi tilam no cadar, so cleanliness kat situ dah kurang

Servis lambat, check in lmbt, check-out pn lmbt. Xde proper sy stem. Sgt menyusahkan. Kata 7 hri dh released deposit tp x masuk lgi dlm acc. Servis yg sgt2 teruk 👎🏻

Difficult to contact with owner.
Before check in i was waiting for the owner to reach me for 1 and ½ hour.
The worker from the company can't understand my language malay/english.
