Everything was okay during our stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Just a heads-up parking is quite limited.
Perfect location if you’re attending events at Dataran Merdeka just walking distance. Also next to Central Market, local attractions, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Super convenient.

The hotel’s breakfast was disappointing with very limited options, mostly vegetarian nasi goreng, mee hoon, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, and desserts. The mee hoon and fried rice were overly oily. We noticed other guests eating roti canai but were told by staff it needed to be ordered a day in advance—a detail not mentioned at check-in.
Parking was problematic due to limited underground spaces. Arrived at 11pm, the parking was closed and the receptionist, a Malay lady, said it was full without checking further or offering alternatives beyond vague advice to park outside. Later, another guest managed to open the shutter and find space, which we took advantage of. The receptionist’s handling was unsatisfactory.
The hotel advertised a swimming pool and gym on Agoda, but at check-in, we were informed these facilities had been closed for repairs since April 17, 2025, with no updates on the website. This lack of transparency was disappointing and made the stay feel not worth the price paid.

The room was comfy. No hand bidet for the toilet, just regular seat ones. The location is great though, literally perfect walking distance to pasar seni, convenience store, mamak and even zus coffee.

My recent trip to Kuala Lumpur (KL) was fantastic! I particularly enjoyed exploring the mix of modern and traditional elements in the city. I really liked KL. There are a lot of nice parks and malls, and KL is one of those best city.
