It’s an okay hotel, free wifi but you have to login every day, paid buffet breakfast is less than average, hotel staff some helpful some doesn’t really care, overall this would not be my first choice but I don’t mind repeating

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, mainly due to its excellent location. It’s close to many historical attractions, including the central market, making it super convenient for exploring. Plus, the swimming pool was amazing.

This is a great place to stay in KL, especially if solo travel as the location is great, just right next the Central Market and the heritage / colonial walk. The swimming pool is nice, clean and with a nice view!
They provide water in the room but also have water dispensers, got lifts or stairs to go up.
Staff is nice, cleaning is ok. One of my towels didn't exactly smell good, and on the last day cleaning was not really done except bringing water, changing towels and cleaning out bins.

The location is good near in market A lot of good food , the room it's big but have something smell in toilet and need to improve the light in room because little bit dark , about the stuff the small girl she is good smiling face some stuff make face looks not friendly

Service tiptop. Hotel very good location. But can improve the toilet ( hope can atleast have bidet) n the breakfast are so dissapointed. Hope can do better because this is a good hotel.♥️

I highly recommend the Pacific Express Hotel. The customer service representatives are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel's central location is ideal for tourists. However, I suggest they consider adding fruits to their breakfast buffet.

Everything is good only there is no hot water when we staying there but overall the place is near pasar seni, and the staff quite friendly and the bed so comfy. So the only regret is the whole time we stay at the hotel there is no hot water 😌

The worst part was that the hot water in the bathroom for the entire hotel was out of service since 1st DEC 2024. It's been 20 days without solving this issue. The floor was not clean. The noise from the room next door was quite loud. The towel has been used for probably years. Recommended to provide new towels after 2-3 months used.
