Really have bad experience
Already Inform the hotel which i will reach after midnight then so sadly went im arrived they give my family suites to others. Really mean. I got small kid then have to separate room diffrently.

Hotel room was so dissapointing.. room was smelly with cigaretes and not clean. Poor amenities, poor cleanliness, poor service. And the staff ask to pay extra charge because checkout just a few minute after 12 o’clock.

I reached at 3.30 at night. They don’t have booking . It take 1 hours to check booking. They first ask me more 20 Ringgit for late night charges. Then again ask for weekend extra charges for 10 Ringgit each day .
After they alot me room, that was not clean. Someone just used it a while ago. After that requested to them to change the bedsheet and quilt cover.
I stay 3 days there , and no one came to clean the room. Overall my experience is so bad.
