Great weekend stay sini. Fasiliti yg lengkap, bilik yg sangat exclusive dan selesa, makanan sedap, weekend ada live band, dapat bonding dengan keluarga , layanan dan perkhidmatan yang sgt efisien dan terbaik. Accomodation yang superb. Jika parking jauh , x perlu susah sebab buggy sentiasa ready. Terima kasih kepada Encik Razi yang memberi perkhidmatan yg terbaik, tolong angkat barang, panggil buggy dan sangat menyenangkan. Highly recommended untuk staycation 💙💙

Hotel superb! Totally deserve 5 stars!
Lobi yang sangat lawa. Dapat welcoming drinks free flow. Pool superb. Sangat kids friendly siap ada Kids Club. Bilik ya Allah sangat cantik! Breakfast pun puas hati. 1st day breakfast, pihak hotel siap bagi free untuk anak 7 tahun. Staf semua mesra.
Jangan risau pasal parking sebab ada bangunan khas untuk parking. Tak jauh pun dalam 70 meter macam tu. Kalau barang banyak, call hotel untuk hantar buggy. Layanan macam vip, harga marhaen. Memang kalah hotel 5 stars lain yang saya pernah pergi. Bilik yang paling murah pun dapat view Merdeka 118.
The only downside is toilet takda paip. Harap pihak hotel tambah paip air untuk toilet. Itu saja kekurangan. Yang lain, perfect!

free parking with buggy provided if the car parked far away, smooth check in,very friendly hotel staff, amenities are very3 good (surprisingly, feel like i was in another country). iron with iron board was not provided but worry less they will send it to u once requested. the breakfast are good with lots of varieties. very systematic procedures along the way (from check in until check out) and def i will repeat my stay here in future. oh yes, the pool is superb, my family really enjoyed the pool time, free kids club and gym. thank you for the great hospitality, M Resort Hotel!
