City view at night was perfect . The room was very comfortables and clean . The facilities were also great . Great stay and will come back again .

As a regular im a bit disappointed with the new parking system rm23 for not even 24hour parking..ridiculous. As for the room…view was stunning u can see 4 iconic building klcc kl tower pnb tower n trx. I think this type of room is the best so far

Perfect location with a mall just beside it and within walking distance to a nearby train station. The rooftop swimming pool is fantastic with a spectacular view❤️

The person for give the keys was so slow and don’t contact to you or write for nothing, is not in the place for give some keys, you have to go for one office inside to find your keys, is not a god service, plus was very slow the guy for work and i have to wait 45 min more than the hour for check in. The apartment tidy and clean that’s is good, have gym too, but the pool dont have water so was a deception all, i choose this place for the view and the pool and doesn’t have working. All bad Positive is near to places but it's not worth it.

The location is perfect to travel around main attractions in KL. The staff are helpful and cheerful. The room is clean and tidy. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very unfortunate experience with this hotel. I booked based on positive reviews on trip.com, which I now question for their authenticity. The hotel was in a partially constructed building with a strong paint smell in the elevator and lobby. The  receptionist was an elderly woman who communicated only in Malay. Probably she was temporarily managing the receptionist desk as she seemed to be frequently communicating with the manager through whatsapp. However, repeated calls to the provided hotel contact number went unanswered. Most importantly, the rooftop swimming pool  was closed for repairs and the information was not disclosed on trip.com. This issue seems recurring, as per reviews on other websites, with the pool frequently closed for maintenance throughout the year. When we entered the reception room, there were two other customers arguing with the elderly lady regarding hotel rooms. I immediately canceled my booking and opted for a nearby hotel with an infinity pool and excellent service. I have raised the issue with trip.com customer service regarding refund for cancellation which is pending since last 3 days.
