I recently stayed from May 9th to 11th, 2025, in room 2327, and my experience was truly luxurious from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the bellman and doorman, whose smiles set a positive tone for my stay. I was then escorted to the reception, where KL Chong and Shafiqah assisted me. Both were extremely professional, displayed excellent attitudes, and provided detailed information about the hotel. I appreciated being granted an early check-in at 2 pm—thank you for your kindness.
When I first entered my room on level 10 (I can’t recall the exact room number), I was initially disappointed by several defects. However, Adam and Yang, the duty managers, quickly turned my unpleasant experience into a wonderful one. Their high level of customer service truly made a difference—they are real gems.
A special thank you to Manish for taking such good care of my room, especially the thoughtful towel decoration during the evening turndown service. I loved it very much.
I also had the opportunity to visit the Club InterContinental. Thank you to Alilol and Munirah for their outstanding service. The food was excellent, and the team’s professionalism and grooming were top-notch.
Finally, Kenny, the duty manager who assisted me during check-out, was professional, experienced, and genuinely friendly. His warm smile made my departure just as pleasant as my arrival.
