Thanks Ascott for upgrading our room to KLCC view, and allowing late check-out till 2pm!
It was a fantastic 3D2N stay. Love everything about the room. Very spacious, the pillows were so comfy and the view was amazing, especially at night! Approx 5mins walking distance to Avenue K mall (need to cross the road, and walk along some residential apartments.) From Avenue K mall/KLCC LRT station, it was a short walk to Suria KLCC mall via a sheltered walkway. Will definitely stay here again!

Fatin at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and made my check-in smooth and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with modern touches, and the facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get around. Thanks to Fatin and the team, my stay at Ascott Star Hotel was truly memorable — highly recommended!

Stayed in Tower 3 room 1503B
1. DND button not working
2. Bidet hose leak and have to switch off after every user
3. Shower head and hose joint also water leaking
4. No bin at the pantry
5. No glass for tooth brush
6. Bin in toilet cover was rusty
Nice shower gel, shampoo and toiletries were provided. Towels were clean. Nice design and decor. Location is close to Avenue K.
