Receptionist is friendly and quickly check in for us.
The hotel is situated near highway
Very noisy
The water tap and hand shower water bath pressure is very low to the point is just triggering
Room is basic cleanliness but the carpet is quite dirty
No hair dryer no toothbrush
Only provide bath towel and one type of bath wash soap

the location is a little out of the way as its not near the centre of KL… even though there’s a direct bus to central market, the buses are apparently not reliable and its better to just use grab. the nearest train stations are also more than 10min walk away and there’s no direct footpath. hotel itself is really nice and clean. only downside is that the bathrooms do not have physical doors for the showers, just curtains. but they provide towels and there’s also hairdryers in the washrooms. capsules themselves are clean and new. plus guests are generally also quite respectful.

Not a place for you if you're looking for peace and the basic amenities are not provided and some of the room facilities are broken.
