We had very great and enjoyable stay experience, spacious rooms and comfy bed, separated space of bed and washroom, I will go back again definitely.

1. outside view is good.
2. sound proofing is food.
3. room was smaller than expected.
4. There is no cloths hanger in shower room for towels.
5. The basin is facing the bed and there is funny
smell coming out from drain hole.

Breakfast is exceptionally good this time. From nasi to Japanese.. western to Chinese. Spread is generous and selection is fabulous.
Room is clean as usual.. rest all good as before.

The room is small but acceptable for a short trip. The room has a musky carpet smell. No slipper was given, and I'm unsure if this is a norm or if the housekeeping has forgotten. The hotel may want to do slow closing hinge on all their doors. I had a good hour hearing all the slamming of doors from my neighbours who kept going in and out of their rooms.

Very helpful front desk. Good location near metro and shopping centers.
However, the sound insultation is not good and can hear the noise from next room. May be I am staying in the twim room.

Location is good, near to popular malls like sungei wang, berjaya times square with wide selection of food and retail options. The only dissapointment was birthday cake wasn't delivered due to miscommunication by their food/reservation team.

Everything very good. I had a superb experience staying here. The check in process was smooth, only a short time and got the card. The interior sooo beautiful, room was clean. Btw you will need to ask the iron from receptionist if you want to use and onee thing that surprised me was the water filter. My first time staying in a hotel with a water filter attached to the sink which is very convenient.

Excellent hotel! Very close the shopping centre , hop on hop off bus. Excellent breakfast large room, modern and new. Excellent service from hotel staff.
