Hotel location is strategic. Walking distance to all malls located in Bukit Bintang. Room is spacious and clean. Toiletries were provided. Breakfast was splendid. We enjoyed our stay.

Quite disappointed & surprised that the room of a 5 star hotel has a window but which looks out to a concrete wall!
Location is excellent as it is within walking access to many popular eateries and shopping malls.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our requests, even going the extra mile to prepare birthday decos in our room. However, the only downside was that the room does not have a great view of KL.

As titanium, received double level upgrade to executive and late checkout at 4pm.
Staff service was great with the exception of the lady doing midnight service at check in counter who gave little and also wrong information.
Executive lounge staff were the highlight! Especially Bicky, friendly and attentive always with a smile.
Location is good, right at bukit Bintang where all the malls are.
The bad
- bathtub isn't cleaned on arrival and even after next day room service (arrived late and did not use it first day)
- floor mat also not changed
- bathtub water is of yellow/green colour which they mentioned is lighting but black sediments also came through, even after replacing the filter.
- no rain shower and the shower kept dropping which explains the chipped/damaged shower area

We had an incredible 4D3N stay at the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur! From the moment we checked-in to our King Lifestyle Room, we knew we were in for a treat.
The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning city view that we never got tired of. The side sofa was a lovely touch, providing a comfortable spot to relax and take in the sights. We also appreciated the extra duvet provided, which ensured a cozy and restful sleep.
The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, with our room always neat and tidy, and nothing ever missing. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the staff's commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
The hotel's location is super convenient, with numerous malls within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved being able to explore the city's shopping and dining scene with ease.
But what really made our stay special was the thoughtful touches. We had booked two rooms to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake in BOTH rooms! It was such a lovely gesture, and we felt truly appreciated as guests.
Last but not least, the bell boy service was top-notch. Our luggage and shopping goods were always handled with care, and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Overall, we would highly recommend the ParkRoyal Collection Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in the heart of the city. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special!

The location is within walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavilion. The room may not be very spacious, but it's perfect for a restful stay. A great option for a staycation.

Wifey booked the hotel for her mom’s 60th birthday celebration. Hotel was kind enough to offer us connecting rooms.
Hotel is strategically located in Bukit Bintang area, with view of KL Tower and 118 Tower at swimming pool area. Hotel parking was ok, plenty when we arrived. Room is adequate for city hotel, with basic amenities. Breakfast spread was fine, not too crowded.
