The location is strategic. However, I found that the staff was not very attentive and did not consider allowing a late check-out. I feel that even if there were availability, they strictly adhered to a policy of not permitting late check-outs for a few extra hours. When I inquired at the front desk, different staff members gave the same response without checking the system first.
There were no clear instructions on how to order in-room dining. The phone in the room did not have a direct line to the restaurant, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. In the end, we had to go downstairs to the restaurant and place the order ourselves.
The food we ordered was taken directly from the buffet dinner available at the restaurant, and it was cold. They didn’t bother to heat it up before serving it to us.

Every time in KL , I must stay at this hotel, very good at location near to sogo and also near to LRT Station. My grand children like the pool very much. The room of hotel is very clean and tidy. Overall the best hotel for my family 👍👍👍

The best hotel in town. Buggy service from basement to lobby and vice versa. Quick access to public transport and mall. Walking distance for food hunter during lunch and dinner around hotel. Overall, BEST!
