Generally positive experience. The hotel is located in a quite street 20 minute's by foot from Surya KLCC and Petronas tower. The hotel has a huge rooms that are great for families. The pool is small but clean and cool. The breakfast was good, some asian and western options were presented. What i didnt like is there are no shops like 7/11 or KK in the area. You have to go 15 minutes to reach the closest. The staff were polite but nothing special. You have to pay deposit 100 ringgit upon arrival. Overall good experience. Recommended.

my second time here and i will repeat again..the staff are very helpful and friendly...the room is very big and comfy..my children love the pool..

Everything was really good. Just ned to improve for bed sheet. Need to be clean. No nice smell on bed and rooms. Room full with mirror and it was really good but need to inform housekeeping to keep cleaning all mirror. I can see the stain on it. Overall perfect !!

Overall is good. But we already booked at trip.com.but it still took more than 30min for us to check in . And the aircond is not very cool.

It is very disappointing that the hotel allows people to smoke at the area of swimming pool. It will be helpful if the hotel provides body balance at each room.

Unplanned vacation, hotel booked at the last minute. Check in is ok just fast, I booked this room and looked online, the room was big with a sofa, I checked in with my husband, mother in law and my 3 children aged 12, 10 and 6 years old. The reception told me to add 1 extra bed for RM106.00 even though I had brought a sleeping bag. But I have money, so I just pay for the extra bed. As for eating, I didn't take breakfast because I wanted to leave early. My family and I have dinner. It's a 15-minute walk to the Urban dining site, like a food truck. Pool open until 8pm. In the room there is a large refrigerator like at home, an oven and an electric stove. For the service that lifts the bag in front, it's ok, the person is nice. That's what I want to tell.

Short 3 days 2 nights stay, clean rooms n toilet.. staffs were very friendly..

I stay here because to attend visa interview at US embassy, location is very near with walkable distance. overall is good
