Stayed for 3 nights and I’d rate my experience 8/10.
The location is very strategic—perfect for shopping and getting around.
Service was impressively fast, from the valet and bellboy to housekeeping and the elevators.
However, the Superior Room felt quite small—more suitable for solo travelers.
Also, the pillow wasn’t very comfortable, which affected my sleep a bit. But overall will come again.

Brown water run from tap,think water tank is not clean. Bedsheet have blood stain and dark staisn on pillows.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, which made showering a bit difficult. Also, the shower head holder was damaged, so the shower head kept falling off. It would be much better if the hotel could fix these small issues. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

Always staying here while visiting Malaysia, just a step to the Mid Valley and Mega Mall,. Very convenient. The staff also very quick on check in and check out process.
