Check in was efficient. Room was clean and spacious for a single traveller. Loved the lcoation - easy access to shops and food. Staff were kind and helpful when I had almost half a day to kill after checking out.

Located just beside The Westin, easily accessible to Pavilion Mall and within walking distance to TRX. The unit is big and come with fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. The housekeeping is excellent and the housekeeper staff, Hussin, is friendly and helpful. The master bedroom comes with a city view on one side with the other side facing the walls of the hotel. The water pressure is great and the water can be very hot if the lever is turned to the red dot. So be careful if you do not want to be scalded.

Building is a bit old, but the location is spot on in Bukit Bintang. Gym is small but has the essentials. There is a water filter at the sink which makes it drinkable. It's a big plus.

Locstion is excellent. We add on Breakfast for RM28 per pax only so worth it. The only downside is the room looks and feel a bit outdated with the design etc. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

Dorsett Kuala Lumpur offers a convenient location, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast spread was impressive with a good variety of options. While the room felt a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Hotel KL and had a great experience. The place has a luxurious feel with stylish, modern decor. I especially loved the minimalist design of the toilet — very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and elegant stay. Highly recommended!
