The hotel is very well located, RM10 from Sentral after taking the KL express for RM55 from the airport, the ride was surprisingly fast 28 mins. The suite was clean with a nice view of the city, enough lighting, Aircon and fans in every room, fully functional kitchen with cutlery. Only suggestion I have is for conditioner to go with the shampoo😅 and more robust complimentary slippers

not really good service for this.
On 11 Sep 11pm mistaken booked wrong date which checkin time is sep 11.
When i found i booked wrong date,
I promptly reached out to both the hotel and the trip customer service within the hour of the booking.
They refused me to modify the date .
I simply asked to change the date, not even for a refund, but it's still not allowed. I’ll just have to forfeit the money.

We are satisfied with our stay at The Robertson Suites. The rooms come equipped with a kitchen which is useful when you have a longer stay, the prices are very reasonable and the location is super convenient. The only few downsides were the difficulty in checking in early (since our flight arrived at 5am) and their main office opening at 8am. Also, the bathroom sink smelled a little, but for our one-night stay, it wasn’t such a big problem. The apartment interior does look a little bit more outdated than in the photos they post online. However, there is plenty of space because it is a one-bedroom apartment, not a small cramped hotel room. There is also variety of places to eat right outside on the ground floor of the building but also just a few minutes away. The big shopping malls are also within walking distance.

Location is nice and downstairs a lot of restaurants ( mamak , 7-11 , Chinese food, bilamart, cafe and gmbb ) and swimming pool is most attractive part and I love the view and everything

It is a service apartment managed by Maplehome. Location is Ok not far from major malls but not within walking distance. Walking to nearest MRT station was about 900m. Room is quite clean but the building is quite old and corridor is not clean
