Good staying here.....hope to stay here again. Love the place

NOT A GOOD HOTEL TO RECOMMEND!!! NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN! Firstly, the staff are not professional at all! I arrived at the hotel on 9 August 2024 around 5+pm in the afternoon. 2 counters were occupied so I queued behind them. The front counter staff named Ika, told me to wait for a moment as they are busy with the guest. I smiled and replied "Ok" and continue to wait for my turn. After that, a foreigner couple arrived and approached Ika for check in and Ika told them to wait for their turn as well. After a while, Ika told me to be seated. I got a bad feeling as she did not ask the couple to take a seat. I asked Ika if the wait would be long and she told me just for a while. I listened to her and have a seat. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went and checked on the queue and saw Ika was checking in the couple who came after me. I’m not sure why Ika did that but this is really unfair to me! I was there first waiting in the queue feeling a bit tired from my travel but she served the guest behind me first. After the couple went off, I went to the counter and asked Ika why she did that? She just smiled and said sorry and continued what she was doing. WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE AND SERVICE IS THIS?!!! I’m so pissed off!!! Secondly, the hygiene of the hotel. The bed sheet, blanket and pillows are dirty! Stains everywhere and pillow is mouldy and ‘colourful’. I I have attached photographs as evidence of the unclean conditions in my room. WHAT IS WORST IS THAT THE HYGIENE OF THE ROOM MADE OUR SKIN ITCHY AND LATER MY HUSBAND HAD SKIN ISSUE WHEN WE REACH BACK SINGAPORE AFTER THE STAY AT THE HOTEL. My husband’s condition took quite a long time to recover after consulting Dermatologist several times. SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON UNNECESSARY AND IRRESPONSIBLE ACTION FROM THIS HOTEL! The toilet flush is not working well too. The area is ‘market area’, hence is very noisy. I’m not sure why our stay is not like what like other’s who gave good reviews but this is so unfair to us! SO DISAPPOINTING!!!

Counter service very good

Everything is good about this hotel but one thing is really different have to change lift to go second floor to other 11th floor 😅😅

My room got no fridge when it supposed to have and receptionist asked the staff to put the fridge inside our room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Near to public transport really recommended

The hotel's location is a bit scary. No eatery nearby except for some low quality, oily and smelly indonesian streetfoods meant for migrant workers. Recently management has changed and room prices are unreasonable for the quality.
