The place is ok. Room is clean. Area is quite. When you check in check your receipt for tourism tax bc they wanna charge you for that.

So far so good. But when to checked out in the morning staff a bit late to assisted customer for checked out. So far services so good.

Good for short stay and a bit of traffic noise especially at night because about 30 m from main road.

The hotel was good for the price. Everything was good and the staff were also helpful. Please be aware to ask the staff to clean your room because if not then the room will not be cleaned. For someone who looks at cheap but comfy place to sleep I recommend you to go here.

The environment is poor, the appearance looks clean, the hotel is dirty and there are cockroaches in the toilet.The worst thing is that you can't lock the room door from the outside when you go out.When I asked for a room change, I was given a room with a different price. I booked a room with a window and gave me a room without a window, which led me to pack my luggage when I went out for dinner at night.

Nice place with affordable price, convenient parking lot and safety guarantee to park your car there, easy to access to 24hrs kk mart, 99speedmart, seven eleven, steamboat restaurant and also can enjoy the food from food stall around there. Btw thanks a lot to the staff that very helpful especially Mr Mathew. Looking forward to visit and stay for few days more when I'm visit KL again someday

Will never go to this hotel again. The receptionist was super rude. First, he asked why there were so many youngsters around 20 something booked hotel during that time and asked us whether only me and my guy friend will stay over the same room while I booked two separate hotel rooms for 5 persons. He mad at us for everything that we accidentally did even it was only small matter. He scolded my friend when he wanted to see something over the counter while this never against the rule as I did it many times at other places but never getting scolded. He also mad at me because push the door so widely. He also being super creepy to my friend (girl) by touching her pillow that she brought over and said something weird to her made my friend feeling uncomfortable. This was rude because during check in when I said my friend wanted to see over the counter he said “don’t touch things that not yours” but funny isn’t it that the receptionist did not apply the rule to himself. The bathroom and bedroom not really clean. TV did not had any sound coming out. There was water patches on our bedroom carpet.

The environment is acceptable in Mandarin, but there are many places to eat nearby which is really convenient. It happened to be that day that my partner was not feeling well. It was also very convenient to go to the clinics.

The surrounding weather is OK. But far from tourist attractions There aren't many surrounding restaurants. The hotel building is not like the picture, which may make it difficult to find or a little confusing. -Good service staff -Room area The walkway zone has a very old a**osphere, looks shabby, not very clean, not quite like the example picture. - The room inside is quite shabby and has a very musty smell. The room is large, with a large bed, but few amenities. There is no hair dryer. Toiletries include only old, dry towels. The bathroom is not very clean and old. The air conditioner is not cool at all. The old air conditioner seems to be broken.
