We had broken tv. Was changed but late. CS mentions TnG parking if less than 24hr after checkin will be less than RM24, but we paid RM33 for using parking 12hrs, could have just used their coupon🙃 Floor was sticky. Bedsheet smells dampy

We booked for king bedroom but get two twin bed combined. But we’re too tired to complaint and request for change of room since we arrived quite late at night. Other than that all ok. A lot of tv channel, nice view, breakfast not much but sufficient, gym functioning well and there is mart at lobby if you need anything. Safety can be questioning as no need to use access card to access lift, anyone can go to any floor. Parking not free. There are charges rm10/day. Need to put safety deposit rm100 then only you get the parking card. Overall, this hotel is ok. Not too good and not too bad. Will stay here again

Pool does not look clean so i didn't dare try the pool. Room is clean and big and tidy. I booked the Ground floor room and I can hear the train always. The room has a smell as well. Good thing i bought a scented candle.

Good view good hotel.A little bit crazy when you booking because there have many different but big room and big suit or apartment recommend not to book it old room and the chargers are not for all types

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, we had a horrible time, let me list them….one the hinges of the the glass door in toilet was broken, the carpet was full of stains, wifi signal and internet speed was terrible, same breakfast menu was repetitive. Although mall and the train stations are close, access to them aren’t easy…

Parking is RM 20 per day . Went to parking , assigned card wouldn’t work . Security guard look disgruntled about having to let me in . Parking slot taken up by diff car . Hotel staff actually whistle at you with a giant whistle to communicate near the pool ( need to sign before using ) Infinity pool , access denied to children , even if 7 years old . My room carpet 3705 had reddish stains on the floor , like a crime scene . A staff even barged into the room while I was changing and asked me ‘ is the air conditioning working ‘ , like whatttt. I am just too lazy to file a complaint considering most staff are foreign workers who are probably overworked and undertrained . Breakfast was nasi lemak , toast , watermelon , orange juice and baked beans . Give the place a skip . There are other steals .

Charged RM20 for autogate pass that doesn’t work. Have to wait for the security personnel to use their pass. Then, what the purpose of the RM20?. Hotel have 4 lifts but it took a while for even one lift when pushed for lift. Other than this, the stay was very pleasant.

Friendly receptionist, cheap and affordable clean and the breakfast good

The hotel is not in a good shape. And very dirty. the front desk is not responsive, breakfast buffet is not suitable to be called as buffet when you only have like 5 food option. front desk takes forever to pickup the call, to process checkin. Tons of ant in the room, carpet very dirty, the sheet also got tons of stains
