Good location in China Town off the bustling Petaling Street. The check in is smooth. The dorm is very basic but with A/C. Wifi was good. The cleanliness of the whole place needs some improvement but is not very bad (based on my expectation). At the time of my stay, most guests seemed to be long-stay.
If you are looking for a place to crash in short distance from KL Sentral, this is a good place. If you are looking for a typical hostel vibe, this is not the place.

the aircon was broken and they ask me to bear with it, I request a change of room as its their fault that their aircon is not repaired he say there will be extra charges.

The merchant spent a long time but couldn't find out my reservation information, and finally found my reservation information on another well-known platform Bxxking.com. The room type I ordered was gone, and I was forced to change to another room type. Changed from a 6-person room to a 12-person room, the first problem is that the room is not ventilated, the air conditioner is not cooling, and a mysterious smell can still be smelled in the air through the mask. The cleanliness of the room looks really below the line. The only biggest advantage is that it is adjacent to the famous Hindu temple in Chinatown. Unfortunately, the temple is under renovation, so you can't get incense...
In addition, the location of the hotel is indeed a very convenient landmark. There are about three different systems of LRT and train stations that can be reached within ten minutes on foot. There are also many delicious foods nearby! A great choice for a different experience!
