Excellent hotel to stay. Location is good. Good view of menara Kuala Lumpur at night. And it is nearby the bank, lrt station Chinatown and even Jalan tar. Room is spacious and comfortable. Have 4 pillows . Super nice. Have elevator. And also have free parking. They also give free delicious biscuits and coffee.

Lotus Hotel Masjid India always standout the Best Value Hotels in Masjid Jamek, Location is convenient! Literally Smack in the middle of City Centre.. would recommend for Families and Solos if y'all looking for top notch stay and easy access to anywhere. Recommended!!!

I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room/bathroom itself was very clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The location is very strategic if you want to use LRT, totally walking distance in less than a minute, it’s right in front of the hotel. I also like that they have free parking spot right beside the hotel, although it’s limited but the workers will help to arrange it for you. The service from the workers was nice too. Everyone was helpful. The amenities were good, they even prepared some biscuits for the guests inside the room. Overall I will definitely choose this place again soon and I will recommend it to others. The pricing was reasonable and considered cheap for the hotel.

the room was really good, had two nice big windows with alot sunlight and a nice view. TV was fine about the screen was kind of broken. They provided a really delicious black tea, coffe, sugar, water and snacks. Unfortunately the bed sheet was not really clean although there is a daily cleaning service. Location is great! Close to metro station and mosque. The cleaning squad, two Indian men, are the best! Very friendly and helpful. They always asked me if I need something. On the first day I asked the two Indian men if they can provide me an adaptor for the powerpoint. In the afternoon they put it on my desk. Super service of cleaning staff. Overall I felt really really comfortable in the Hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel

It's a basic hotel, overall gave me positive impressions. WiFi is bad, unreliable. They don't provide adapter for electricity.

Overall really good stay. The bed is one of the best i had in asia. The down sides: ac made noise, shower was dirty and there was no city view (looked at a building). Even tho i had a pretty great stay. Staff is so friendly!!

My favourite hotel to stay when come to KL. The location which is right at the opposite the LRT Jamek Station, is very convenient - easy to move around using LRT to any location within KL. For online booking, check-in is very fast as they are normally prepared for your arrival.

Clean and safe room, equipped with towels, soap, drinks, and biscuits. An iron is available in the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located beside the LRT Masjid Jamek entrance. Everything is okay, but I hope in the future, the hotel could ensure that the receptionist is friendlier. That's all.

Great place for solo travellers, can smoke in the room with windows open. Cold aircon and great location can take masjid LRT to explore rest of KL Highly recommended!!!

I had an excellent stay. Close to everything I need: laundromat, food, shopping, Chinatown. Staff is polite. I would recommend and I would stay again when in town. Thank you.

everything is ok. hotel provide parking but limited. the hotel room not so expensive.
