Great choice for families! Spacious suites with separate living and sleeping areas. The location is unbeatable — right next to the Pavilion and other malls. The kids loved the pool. Friendly staff and good value for a central KL stay.

Horrible 4 star hotel i have ever stay, toilet flush spoiled after few flush, aircon lousy, no aircon swing panel,, aircon stop halfway in the middle of the night and dripping water too . towels are smelling , floor still can spotted long hair n the heater not hot enough water.

Normal room. The great thing is the location. It is close to everything. Or a short walk. If you need a place for sleeping and a great location, then this is the place.

Services? - need to improve. I ask for toilteries, they just put on table inside big plastic
Going to elevator. Very hot.
Need to transfer lift
One of the lift car still not repair. Very scary inside

This hotel receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She go all the way out to led us to the lift because we were not aware there is a card access door to the lift. The location is just opposite Pavilion, Bukit Bintang. There are shopping malls just downstairs. Very convenient and lots of eateries. Jalan Alor is just about 100m walk away from this hotel.
