Fantastic location ever! Many street foods right around the corner. Just a few steps to the Pavilion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit Mall.

The counter staffs was friendly check in was smooth but a bit slow n once again was ask to pay tourism tax as trip.com already charged it. Already informed the staff but he said I don’t have a physical receipt to show n pass it to them😞 luckily I have a chat history with trip.com to prove it to him that trip.com said don’t need to pay. So i ask him to check with it with trip.com. My past 2 stayed also encountered the same issues n had to pay the tourism tax as they insist to have a physical receipt.Hope the staffs will get a better briefing on the tourism tax issue. I really love this hotel and the location is super good and convenient to access to many places. I will sure to go back when I visit KL again .

Check in and checkout process is totally rubbish.

location is right at bukit bintang pavilion area. the downside is the long waiting time for ur grab. plus the jam. but walking distance to many malls around. very clean room. toilet and shower separated. got spray so 👍🏼

Good location opposite pavilion and walking distance to all shopping mall at bukit bintang. But very noisy from the street at late night, it can hear from the room. Hotel car park very small and limited parking lot.

one of best bathroom design, with open space sink and dedicated room for toilet and shower, 3 person can use the space which usually combine in one. very convenient if travel with friend and family

Its very well located. You are right downtown. But, the room windows was on a big parking lot building right in front so no view at all I was asking during my reservation for a King size bed but the room with it wasnt ready when i arrive so they give me one room with 2 single bed , that wasn’ t confortable The electric plug next to the bed didnt work so i have to go out of the bed walk to the far away one to charge my phone at night, not convenient at all The TV doesnt work, i ask them to fix it, a guy came to fix it work for 1 h then stop again and never work again, i give up, so canot use the TV during my stay. The room deserve a refreshment, new paint and so on because, we can feel its bit old So i will be back in Kuala Lumpur, i will stay in the same area but it gonna be in another hotel next time

Very pleasant stay and concierge were very helpful. The only problem I have was trying to get front office and concierge after mid-night. Nobody was around and no one answered the phone at all. When I went down to the lobby and found it empty. So that's not good for security or when guests need assistance during an emergency.

Great location. Few steps to Pavilion mall. Triple room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable.

The location is at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to all eating places. Minus point only the limited parking space.

Not hygienic and not well security. Not worth for the value. Not even can compare to 4 star hotel

I stayed at 11th floor and my friend at 7th floor. We booked the room together with the same room category using the same apps. When entering my room I realised that her room was bigger than mine despite paying the same amount. This is somewhat disappointing.

Very accessible to pavilions and other shopping mall, the highest level no noisy sound. Am enjoying staying this hotel but the hotel got fees for parking. I bit disappointed on parking issue. Why don’t just get free parking for guest. Its seem not recommended. Anything else I don’t have any issues.
