Excellent location and a stone throw away from KTM train station to get to KL Sentral and onwards to KLIA. Buffet breakfast, nothing to shout about and you are better off buying at the supermarket at the mall next door. Cleanliness of bedsheet, pillow case and towel can be improved upon. Might be a case of high occupancy as the cleaners are still tidying up my room at 6pm during check-in. Excellent hotel for short stay in KL.

Wifi dropped after 2 nights, this is not a first time.

The room was clean, with a high-pressure shower. A refill station for drinking water was conveniently located in the corridor. The location was great too. I’ll definitely consider staying here again.
Parking rm5 per day. Dont forget to validate your tngo.
Breakfast was okay as well. But nothing to shout.

Comfortable stay. Hotel room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient with easy access to Mid Valley Megamall. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive.

The hotel locatiin is link with the Mid Valley and The garden, so is really convenient for shopping. The hotel staffs are friendly and provide good service. They are providing the glass bottle in tge room for you to fill up the water in the water dispenser.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is quite spacious and clean. midvally mall is just located next to hotel. You can grab foods and necessity easily. Highly recommended for traveller.
