I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to Mid Valley Shopping Mall, making it perfect for both shopping and dining.
A wonderful surprise was the complimentary upgrade to a studio room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The lighting, furniture, and overall ambiance added a touch of luxury.
Service was outstanding—check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

This is our third time staying in this hotel and we always had wonderful experiences. Hotel staff was friendly & room spotless …feel surprised when they upgraded my room into suite room for free. Definitely we will come back to stay here for the next visit.

Great location provides easy access to dinning, shopping and entertainment. The service provided by the staffs is top notch. Room are clean and bed is comfortable.

Location attached to mid valley mall, convenient for shopping. Foods at Isetan top floor & dim sum at Hans were fantastic. But no hotel car park, park at the mall, very inconvenient if u have luggages. Room was clean. Concierge’s seevice was good. But the receptionist wasnt friendly at all, felt like she was working in a “non-private” department.

We booked the room for the strategy location just connecting with Mid Valley Shopping Mall. I thought the room is old but surprisingly the interior and carpentry quite new and modern. The room super clean.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel receptionist recognized me as a returning guest. Without any questions asked, they upgraded my room to a Premier King. A thoughtful gesture that made my stay even better. Definitely will come back again!

We booked a total of 4 rooms ( two twin and two double). Hotel arranged for 2 connecting rooms and for all the rooms to be on the same floor. Love that they took the initiative to do this. Check in was fast and hassle free. Hotel service is excellent and room is big compared to another hotel within the same mall.
