no room wifi, wifi in reception side, inconvenient, had to clamp up a level before reach reception. Outside many stall block inconvenient to walk. no soap provided.

Gave an upgrade to a room with windows and larger area. Much appreciated. Also fixed an issue with the only receptacle in the room as soon as the maintenance guy was in.

Located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur Chinatown. Bustling with a plethora of counterfeit goods of street vendors. Good bargain though.
The hotel lobby is a bit dim but decent. Provide free desktop. Room is ok. Good value for money.
