Very convenient location. Only issue is the toilet only 1 bathroom and was located in the master bedroom which is quite inconvenient when shared the room with friend

I did some research about the hotels near KLCC… when I saw the picture of the swimming pool and gym, I decided to give it a shot instead of booking proper hotel… What I can say is… the location is very good cuz it is 3 mins walk to twin towers and it is located in KLCC… if you have two days only, it is worth a try… But management of the service apt is a bit chaotic…cuz it is actually residential… you can not expect you can get the service like a proper hotel… When you wanna ask for something… you gotta go down to the lobby… and no one is at the lobby at night…. Kitchenware are so overused… I didn’t even wanna try to cook omelette with it cuz definitely it would get burned… Very simple set up in the room… If you wanna go to swimming pool, bring your own towels from the room… Good things is the rooftop swimming pool stay open till midnight and has an amazing view of twin towers at night… But not what I expected for the price…

Only facing a bit problem on check in, fully follow procedure of management request but front desk still dont recognise my reservation, the room, facility and housekeeping service so far is excellent,will visit again. 👍

Very clean, parking is free, and there are many restaurants, food trucks, convenience stores, shopping malls, and durian stalls around the apartment hotel. It takes 5 to 6 minutes to walk to KLCC. The hot water will be hot after 10 to 15 minutes of preheating. Bath, facilities are complete, but the air conditioner is at the lowest level and it is still a bit hot. Maybe the weather has been too hot recently.

A very good apartment hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete. It is an ideal living environment for a family of four. The entire hotel is divided into 3 buildings. There is a swimming pool on the roof of each building. There is a public swimming pool and cafe on the 6th floor. There is a supermarket on the first floor. , 5 minutes walk from the Petronas Twin Towers, 5 minutes walk from the 2nd building, there are shopping malls, durian, 7-11, food stalls, truck night market, very convenient!

Stayed for 2 consecutive nights and felt very rich and complex! 1) The landscape and outdoor facilities are very good (but billiards cannot be reserved), 2) The indoor space is large and clean (but there is no hot water on the second night), 3) The service is also good, and all consultations and assistance are prompt, 4) The most unpleasant thing is - check out, I have the courage to bear the responsibility of breaking a fake vase in the room and take the initiative to compensate, but the regular quotation requires 200 MYR (unbelievable), and the price of the goods is only about 4-5 MYR, which makes me very disappointed (the result is 30 yuan transaction)!
