The receptionist named Puspa was the worst person I have ever met.
I felt her bad attitude from the moment we checked in. It was not only to us, but also to other customers. Even with the towel issue, she made excuses in an aggressive tone, saying, "I'm in charge of reception, not roomkeeping, so it's not my job!", which is unacceptable for a hotelier.
It's a problem that should be solved within the hotel staff, and I think that if a customer is in trouble because there is no bath mat, it is the hotelier's job to think about what to do about it, whether they are the receptionist or someone else.
What's more, her attitude of not admitting her own wrong response, getting angry, attacking me in a fighting tone, making me feel bad when I'm in trouble, and not apologizing even when I point it out is really problematic.
She has to apologize to me but she didn't. I'm very disappointed and feel very bad.
The hotel's rating will be the lowest if there is even one staff member like her.
Puspa, you lack the hospitality mindset that is essential for a hotelier! You should either go to hotel school and relearn the basics or change jobs!
