Terrible experience for staying at here..we stay at floor 9. When we check in our room, there are wall sticker working in progress which cause the corridor dirty and messy all the way from lift to our room.
There is no room slippers prepared and the floor map was terrible dirty.
Drinking water provided in glass bottles but when we wan to drink, we notice there are a lot a lot terrible horrible dirt floating inside the water which causing we vomiting as feeling disgusting.
Hotel did not change the tissue box on the table which tht tissue become empty after we use few pieces,so I m very sure that tissue box was leftover by previous customer,this is very disgusting experience.
We requesting extra blanket and the room service send over a dirty blanket which without blanket cover on it.. I have requested a blanket cover, and the guy said, ur this blanket don't have cover! This is blanket, that's it.. No cover for it! How rude is this!
Hotel breakfast provided, however, food was terrible. Coffee machine provided but extra charge is u would like to get drink from coffee machine. there was small cockcroach moving under the food container on the table. .. How terrible is that!! I have informed the manager, and we saw he just simply check and walk away.
Room key also a big issue, our key card unable open our room door after our breakfast. There is no table phone prepare nearby on that floor causing we need to go down to M FLOOR for reception counter. The lady help us reset the room key card and advise us to test again. We go up to 9th floor, and too bad, it's still unable to open our room door. We are very upset and went down to reception at M floor again,that lady reset again our room card key, after we requested and stress on the issue, then only a guy follow us back to 9th floor. Unfortunately, that guy tested and our room card key still faulty! That guy mentioned there are room key programming prob.. Very obviously, this is not 1st time issue and they seem like very well known on this issue. Our room key successful manage to open our room door after the guy reset something on his laptop, and advice us to go in room, and he will rest to lock back the door.. This is super bad experience causing us feel very insecure on the security Terrible horrible service.
I am always travelling and this is first ever horrible experience I ever had in my whole life!
