The room was really great, the air conditioning was so cool. The bathroom has a heater on a shower and at the sink. It also has a body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. There are also iron, iron board and hair dryer in the room that we booked.

I book 2 room with different days,one is medium room. Located at 5th floor,one is small room located at 2nd floor, and to bad both room has malfunction mini bar. Please remove if all mini bar is broken😡 . Last year i stay here also mini bar in malfunction.

Very disappointing stay. Bedsheets were dusty and covered with black hairs. My whole body became extremely itchy , I couldn’t sleep at all and ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was unbearable. My skin was itchy all over. On top of that, a staff member came knocking at 11:15 AM asking me to check out, even though check-out time is before 12 PM. Extremely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back

My 2nd visit here. I love the hotel, quiet area. The downside is limited parking space (RM20)/day and it is a bit far from the attraction area (8-10minutes walking).

The price is reasonable.. the location is great and the hotel room is clean and big...I really recommend this place and will stay there again coming next trip..Walkable to bukit bintang..Jalan Alor..Pavilion..

Good location. Value for money and good for family stay too. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. It’s a great option for families, with a safe and quiet environment. We appreciated the affordable rates without compromising on comfort. Overall, a reliable choice for both short and longer stays. Would definitely return.”
