I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, mainly due to the blocked drainage in the bathroom, which was never resolved during my stay. To make matters worse, the curtains were moldy, giving the room an unhygienic feel.
I was also surprised to learn that a deposit was required for used rubber slippers, which were clearly not new. Please don’t use “environmental reasons” as an excuse—used slippers are simply not hygienic for guests.
Overall, I expected basic cleanliness and comfort, but unfortunately, this stay fell short of that. I hope the management will seriously look into improving room maintenance and hygiene standards.

Hotel room & bed were alright. The officer manning the check-in counter could be a little bit helpful & warm in his interactions with guests.

Spent a day at VE Hotel & Residence ..the room was spacious, super clean, and had a large smart TV. The bathroom was spotless too. From the 9th floor, the view through the window was really beautiful.
Even though I was alone, the room felt cozy and peaceful. A comfortable and satisfying short stay.

Location is good if you have a car, easy access to Kl, Old Klang Road or Uptown. Average is good, but our room no WiFi connection.

Noisy noisy noisy. Bad sound proof.
Water shower broken and poor maintenance.
Dirt on chairs.
If you looking for good sleep and I don’t recommend this hotel.
Surrounding is ok. Can find dining place easily.

Good service and convenient. Friendly in house keeping team always available whenever needed without delay. Gym and pool is just nice of the size and changing room with private locker give more storage and safe guard personal belongings. Restaurant serve good breakfast with lot of varieties.

Surrounded with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Convenient for guests to eat around hotel. Parking is difficult as it’s located with business towers.
