Location is great with many food options arnd and near to lrt station. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pretty ok with decent selection with a touch of Malaysian food. View from the bar is not too shabby but pool is pretty small. However, I’m not sure if the hotel is trying to save electricity as the hallway and lifts are extremely warm with near to no AC, given that the weather was really hot during our stay, it was an unpleasant experience for us once we step out of our room. The room AC was somewhat centralised and it was at 26 degrees at all time and we were literally sweating in the room but thankfully the temp dropped to at night (after we called the engineer to fix it). Overall a pleasant stay but management could do smth bout the AC situation.

Located right in Chinatown, easy access to various delicious food. Celebrated our anniversary here, hotel was kind to surprise us with a slice of cake. Clean rooms with a perfect view of KLCC, KL tower and Menara 118.

Overall, Four Points Sheraton is a good choice in KL's Chinatown. It is located 5-10 mins walk from metro station. Lots of restaurants and street food close by.
We arrived at 1.50pm and the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early.
Room was spacious for 2 of us. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had powerful shower. Good to have a desk and chair. Bench in the room was long enough for 2 large luggage bags. We were not provided with bathrobes.
25m pool was adequate for a swim. The small gym didn't inspire us to do workouts (excuses, haha)

Nice view from the swimming pool area. Can see KL Tower, Petronas Tower & Merdeka 118 very close by. The accommodation is right in Chinatown & close to many eateries. Famous Petaling St is just 1min walk away. Hainanese Kopitiam is right in front of hotel. Comfortable accommodation with attentive staff.
