stayed at this hotel for 10 days, checking in on August 3rd. My family arrived earlier at 12:00 pm, while I checked in at midnight. We had booked the Family Suite (three bedrooms), units 1401 and 1402.Suite 1402 appeared to be out of service. Upon arrival, I found the amenities to be old, with a strong humidity odor. The sink was blocked, and the bathroom was leaking. I reported this immediately, but the night receptionist informed me I would have to wait until morning to change rooms, which was disappointing.
The next morning, the receptionist Sue who was very helpful moved me to suite 3104. This suite was average in condition, with a broken AC and laundry machine, both of which were fixed later during my stay. However, the shower had a design flaw that caused water to leak outside the suite.In suite 1401, we discovered worms, ants, and cockroaches the following day. This issue was also reported and later resolved.Positively, the swimming pool and breakfast were enjoyable.
I strongly recommend that hotel management consider renovations, or at least replace all bed sheets and blankets, as they have an unpleasant odor.

Is just a short walking distance to KL tower. about 15 mins walk to Dang wangi mrt. There's a small local food stall opposite the hotel.A nice place to stay

Hotel room is very clean and they took care of all the small details in the room.
Location is also very near to KL TOWER and Petronas Twin Tower.
Staffs are also very good and very humble.

Check in/out was smooth. Staff all were friendly & pleasant. Informed them that it was for a birthday trip & they decorated the room & provided a complimentary cake. Room was spacious, clean & well maintained. All amenities were functioning such as the washer/dryer & microwave. Parking is free as well. Really enjoyed our stay here :)

The staffs were very helpful to assist to our needs.
The hotel was dusty, and mouldy. We found mouldy biscuit under the sofa after we dropped a pen under the sofa.
Some of the lights in the room were not working. The hotel helped fixed one of the light. Another light failed again.
We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and had swapped 1 room as it was spiritually unclean. The new room was slightly better but we decided to forfeit two nights to go elsewhere.
1 of the room had views of the tower. However lights are bright at night, curtains better to be drawn in bed room.

Service at front desk is really nice, but they forgot to bring some things when asked (room card, water, plug).
Gym and pool are nice.
Dinner is average.

Everything is good. It is convenient to walk around the city. Near train station but traffic is always bad as usual. Staff is very helpful and cheerful too.
