Advantages: The price is okay, and the reception attitude at the front desk is very good. The hot water in the shower is smooth and the pressure and temperature can be adjusted. The location is very good, very close to the subway station and shopping mall, just around the corner. Construction is going on at the construction site outside the window, so I can't sleep during the day.
