Perfectly located affordable and everything right outside the door ... the reception gent was very friendly welcoming and very helpful goving me travel tips and directions for my very brief stay and I wanted to stay longer... all forms of transport food conveniently located with lifts escalators to mall monorail and trains and buses outside what more can anyone want perfect for brief layovers direct access to airport train but above all it's the staff that makes it all pleasant thank you all for hosting and being very welcoming and hospitable

The hotel is located at a strategic place where easy access to all part of city centre via public transport such as LRT, commuter etc.
Hotel is also clean and customer service is polite.
Very convenient and is a good place to stay.

great location but room is generally not well maintained the aircon is noisy and the bed was hard , quite noisy with the cars passing by in the morning and music from buskers but super near nu sentral which is very convenient

The hotel shouldn't say room with window. I didn't book for a cheap room like living in a cave. Please mention that you are going to give a room with no windows for that kind of price.

Awesome place! The location is perfect since it's almost connected to KL Sentral via NU Sentral Mall. Props to the hotel staff — very accommodating, nice, and friendly. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
