Rooms are tidy and comfortable but the air conditioning is not so working. Have convenience store and restaurant down there.

Air conditioner is dirty and need a lot time to cooling down the room
The cups , plates and water heater is dirty , need to be cleaned by myself before use it

Overall its okey. The probelm is only the lift. When its come to pick hour.. U have to wait for long time. For this room i have to replace a new batery for the door lock. 😂

Until you arrive, you may not appreciate that Robertson Suites are hundreds of short term apartment rentals, managed by dozens of operators. Entry instructions were clear.
It is a bit of a zoo with guests coming and going.
Our particular apartment was a bit tired - clean and functional, but basic. Lack of due care by the operator.
Towels are past their Best Before Date, kitchen pot scrubber and cloth cost only a few Ringit but should have been thrown months ago; ceiling fan controllers both missing batteries ; no under liner on the sofa bed, just a sheet on top; landlord needs to replace peeling wall lining. Overall just feels a bit tacky.
Adequate but for the price, underwhelming.

Came for festive season holiday, Customer service is attentive before and upon arrival and helpful with instructions and guidelines. Easy and Hassle FREE! Clean rooms. Gated and guarded. Food and shopping and public transportation nearby.
