citizenM Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang

This was my first solo trip to KL, and I wanted a hotel that was close to public transport, shopping malls, and attractions and this place delivered! The location was super convenient and made getting around so easy. There’s even a convenience store nearby, which was perfect for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel staff were amazing very friendly and helpful during check-in, and they patiently answered all my questions. I felt really welcomed and safe throughout my stay. Highly recommend for solo travellers! 🌟

Have a wonderful sleep at the hotel, the bed is super comfy, super like it. Hotel is very technology, from check in to the control system of the room function. iPad mini for control of light, windows blinding system, TV… the alarm music also make you feel like relaxing.. will stay again for the comfort bed!

Breakfast was good, small variety but not bad. Room is very small. Bed had marks every where. Toilet doesn’t have enough ventilation cause its so small. The room view wasn’t very pleasant.

I traveled with my children and the elderly, and we arrived quite late, at the early hours of the morning. The receptionist at the front desk was a girl of Indian descent. She was great at communicating and observing, and she had a smile on her face throughout the process. We checked in quickly. The room wasn't big, but it had a sense of design. From the overall layout to the small cards, there were clever little ideas everywhere. The next day, we took a stroll around the hotel and had breakfast. The public areas of the hotel had a modern and minimalist style, which was quite similar to the Rosewood Sanya, but there were more and more interesting artworks here. The variety of breakfast was quite good considering the price. It was delicate, and there were some delicious local dishes to taste. The hotel is very close to Jalan Alor. There are many places to eat around, and there are supermarkets like 7-Eleven, so it's generally very convenient. Actually, there were a lot of small details that made me satisfied, but I won't go into them. You can go and experience them for yourselves. As a hotelier with many years of experience, I'd still like to give this hotel a high rating of 4.5. When I come to Kuala Lumpur again in the future, I will still choose to stay at this hotel. Keep it up! Maintain your service standards! 拖家带口出行，抵达吉隆坡时已是凌晨，本以为会手忙脚乱，好在前台那位印度裔女孩的接待十分贴心。她沟通能力出色，察言观色，全程微笑服务，很快就帮我们办理好了入住。 房间面积不大，却胜在设计感满满，从整体布局到桌上的小卡片，处处藏着巧思，让人眼前一亮。第二天逛了逛酒店，享用早餐，公区是现代简约风，像三亚保利瑰丽酒店，但陈列的艺术品更多也更有意思，看得出酒店在这方面花了心思。 早餐精致，这个价位能尝到不少美味的本地菜品，性价比很高。酒店位置也极佳，离亚罗街近，周边美食众多，还有711这样的超市，出行、购物都很方便。 还有许多令人满意的小细节，就不一一列举了，等大家亲自来体验。作为一个在酒店行业摸爬滚打多年的人，我愿给这家酒店4.5的高分。以后再来吉隆坡，肯定还住这儿！希望酒店继续保持这样的服务水准，越来越好！

Very small room, but very clean and has all the basic amenities. Breakfast was ok, quite a lot of spicy food (maybe it was because of raya season?). It'd be better if they provide indoor slipper. It’s very near to Bukit Bintang Mrt Station (Exit A)
